I am starting to workout again more seriously. In the past i tried various supliments when I worked out (and adjested diet)... but the supliments alwasy mess me up.

Hydroxycut put my stomach in a spinn. So, this is where I am:
Currently I am 175lbs, 5"7, 24% BF. In the past I though I can just drop BF by doing lots of cardio, but that alone seems to be a lost case. I want to build lean muscel and hopefully my BF will drop.
What approach and/or supliment should I consider? I do not want to add more weight as such...
