I have a question for those of you in the know.

I just read an article that claims that soy, due to its long chain protiens, will inhibit the uptake of regular protiens. This worries me because I am lactose intollerant and usually mix my protien shakes with soy milk. It appears that soy has quite a few down sides as a supplement and also gets in the way of using several vitimins and minerals.

SO are these "studies" something to worry about and should I stop use of any soy products in conjunction with my other supplements? My local grocer now carries Mootopia and that is a lactose free milk with no soy in it and I am wondering if I should start using that in my cooking \ supplements instead.

Here are some of the articles that I read. I would like to hear from you guys who have been at this for a while and see what your opinion is on this.
