I recently placed an order and paid the extra $3 for the rush ordering but so far haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail telling me that my order had even left your warehouse. Hi. This might be a bit premature, but I placed an order on October 1st (order# 721939), and chose 3 day shipping hoping to receive it early this week. I just checked the status of the order, and as of October 5th it's still showing as "processing." Does this mean it hasn't even shipped yet?

hey i placed and order on the 12th of october. I didnt write down the order number because it said you guys woud send me a conformation email. i am yet to recieve any replys to my emails or conformation email.

I have an order with #729532. waiting since october 20. It's 15 days now but neither they response my emails nor there is any sound about my order.

where is my order, what the hell is going on?

I'm trying to find out if I can pay via PayPal or Western Union, and I have tried sending emails to every single address I can find on the site and I still haven't received a response in a few weeks time. Does anyone answer those email? Who can I contact for more info?

Hey this may not be the right place for this but I sent you folks an email about my order coming up 1/2 short but not having been on backorder/ sent from multiple locations ect.
