In the next week or two I may be adding a thermogenic to my supplement package to blast off the last bit of fat for my competition. I was also going to add a natural test booster to preserve muscle mass. So, I saw the ingredients and reports on Blue Rhino and thought Eureka!

My question is regarding Blue Rhino's stimulants. It contains 250mg of caffeine and 6.5mg of yohimbine, which are both great bases for a thermogenic. If I take in the am and preworkout and add some other supps I could have a great thermogenic in addition to a natural test booster.

I am already taking and will continue to take ALCAR, Fenotest, r-ALA, rhodolia rosea, niacin and Lean Out in addition to my protein, vitamins and CEE/AAKG/HMB stack. I will drop Durablast and Neurostim. I'm currently 174 lbs and about 6% bodyfat.

I am going to add some Lean Green due to its thermogenic and antioxidant capabilities but am struggling on other ingredients that may be too much of a stimulant to add.

The directions say not to take with Tyramine containing products without consulting a physician, so that eliminates a host of products like Tyramine and Chocamine that I've thought of using too. Is this just a required warning b/c many fatburners have caffeine, yohimbine and tyramine?

I've looked at some thyroid enhancers but nothing seems that promising that I can take (no DHEA-related products). I've got some Bacopa Monneiri already in my Fenotest and am skeptical of adding anything else b/c it may be catabolic (such as guggul). Dicana seems to be more than I want?

I've never tried Sesathin and am unsure if that would be good to add too?

I did look at Syneburn. That could be good.

I am taking plenty of BCAA's and flax. What is ATD?

I would add sesathin rich. I love this stuff. i am also a big fan of fenugreek for its insulin sensitivity effects.

If you are looking for a hunger suppression go with syneburn, I've heard its very good for that, and inexspensive to boot.

Good call on the Fenugreek, and not just for insulin-related reasons.

Thanks for the suggestions. I imagine my diet/supp coach at Beverly will recommend their fatburner for the last bit of fat, but I can't use any DHEA so I'll be on my own. Alright my new natty test/fatburner stack will be as follows:

-Blue Rhino
-Vitex
-Lean Green
-Syneburn
-Sesamin

I've been taking and will probably continue to take:

-Fenotest
-ALCAR
-Lean Out
-R-Ala
-Flax Oil
-BCAA's

The will also probably recommend Muscularity for the last 6 weeks, a BCAA product taken with each meal.

Any other thoughts or suggestions are welcome?

Now it is time to take off that last bit of fat and preserve all the muscle possible. I've stayed strong during the first 7 weeks while dropping 11 pounds but now it is crunch time!

Rich, how do you like the edition of HMB to your stack? I have 100g laying around that I never used bc of the tatse.

If the ATD is banned you may want to look into something else for estrogen control, to preserve muscle. Maybe Chrysin or DIM. Also zma should help with test levels during a cut.

I've liked the addition of HMB to my creatine stack. I attribute much of my preservation of muscle to this product. I will not diet without it and will be trying it postcontest to get a feel for its anabolic capabilities. I just mix my powders with sugar free koolaid. The more you add the better.

I always take ZMA as I feel it helps me sleep better. Chrysin or DIM huh? I'll have to look into those. I've added the Vitex for its anti-e effects.

What ZMA do you use? I like z-force, I think it is better than plain ZMA.

DIM definatley helps, I'm not sure about chrysin, I just know it won't be banned.

I thought Vitex was more for prolactin levels, which still makes it useful.

I emailed controled labs when I first ordered blue rhino and they told me two pills have around 175 mg of caffeine. When you say 250 are you refering to 3 pills ?

No, I was just looking at the total grams on the stimulant complex and just subracted the yohimbine mass since those are the ingredients listed in that complex. Hmm???

Gotcha I see what you mean. I wanted to make sure when I first started taking it as I am anal retentive lol.
The president of the co is a very nice guy and emailed me the answer after I emailed him.
You can email him they get back to you right away. I was told by him 2 pills equal roughly 175 mg caffeine.
No way over 200mg tho. I didnt really feel a test increase but did have more energy than if I had taken same dose in regular caffeine.
Due to the caffeine I could only take them pre workout (mon-wed-Fri) so perhaps this is why not real test increase.
The guy that told me about the product trains 5 days a week and he noticed test increase after second week so perhaps I didnt take it enough.
I got more energy from it and power than same dose of AMP(2 pills). After taking AMP for a bit now I have noticed that.
