i was looking at the ingredients in it and they are the same just a little higher dosing, so wouldnt it be pretty much the same thing to just take a little more than the recommended dosage of regular v12

maybe like 2.5 servings a day instead of taking only 2

Probably would work, but would it still be cost efficient?
