 i recieved my Fenotest the other day. I just started on Wednesday taking one with breakfast and the other with my 3rd meal of the day. Stats: Chest: 46.5in Biceps: 16in Forearms: ? Legs: ? Waist: 33in Weight: 186lbs Height: 5'10" Workout plan: I usually have enough time to workout 2-3x a week with one workout being at my place. I usually go for 8-12 reps the first 2 sets and 4-8 reps the last 2 sets and i will throw in an occasional negative lift. Chest/tris Legs Back/Bis then Chest/Back Legs Arms then repeat ( I always do 20-30min of cardio before a workout unless its too crowded. I do have to be careful with my previous injury groin tendonititis) I havent really felt anything yet from fenotest, but it is only Day 4 so far. I did manage to workout on Friday, but we used his apt gym ( SUCKS!!) played basketball then football, so it was mostly a cardio workout. Thanks dito for choosing me

 Thanks manSo after a party heavy halloween weekend, its time to get back on track (gotta have fun, cant be deprived of that) I worked out only twice that weekend, once as mentioned above and the other i did 25min of cardio, then tris and abs This week will be more structered but not so much yet i got 2 tests to conquer

 Alright guys now that my tests are over (had 2 tests each of the past 3 weeks) i can get back to a better routine. Today i will do cardio and legs, then friday Back/biceps, cardio too of course. I really like how fenotest makes me feel, too bad i cant share it with anyone right now;) BTW - i woke up late, grabbed a shirt in my dark closet in my rush to get to my exam and i grabbed the one that says "NATIONAL SEX DAY (DONT CELEBRATE IT ALONE)" just my luck huh...? this shirt attracts sooo much attention

 Sorry I havent updated, my workouts have been just the same. nothing special to report. Today i did cardio ( 1.5 miles = 18min) then supersetting arms. Tomorrow i will do cardio and legs. I have noticed some increased acne, mostly on the nose (very small) and a couple on my back and shoulder, sucks but oh well..... sorry i dont type up my weight room numbers for each exercise if someone here deems that i should i will, but i figure i will post numbers that are new to me or that i rarely achieve thus the fenotest helped with strength. Also i forgot to say what supps i take: Fish oil (double concentrated) whey C E multi Xtend + extra Leucine Cinnamon powder extract

 hey guys, well friday - sunday i worked 24 hours and the gym closed by the time i got home. Also i had to study for 3 exams, i finished 2 and got one more left that is this afternoon. After that test i will workout legs. Also i am posting a new log up at bb.com for the scivation contest along with pics. My goal is body comp mostly towards the cutting. Last night i did over 120 push ups at various widths, but most the time i was using a narrow width to target the chest and tris better. My acne hasnt been a problem the past week or so. Guess the rise in test levels just took some time to get used to. Did you know Nizrol (sp?) shampoo helps combat acne, look up the article at avantlabs on their new muscle and mind issue. That is a very interesting online mag

 Today's workout: No cardio for i had 45 min to workout before the place closed Legs Front Squat press 1 x 15 - 90 1 x 15 - 180 1 x 12 - 270 1 x 8 - 360 Squat 1 x 10 - 135 1 x 10 - 155 1 x 8 - 175 Leg curls: 1 x 10 - 70 1 x 10 - 90 1 x 7 - 110 1 x 6 - 110 Leg extensions 1 x 10 - 90 1 x 10 - 110 1 x 10 - 130 1 x 7 - 140 Standing calf raises: 1 x 15 - 100 1 x 15 - 140 1 x 15 - 140 1 x 10 - 140 (real slow) Seated calf raises 1 x 12 - 90 1 x 12 - 135 1 x 8 - 135 Stretched. My legs are not up to full strength right now, but i am getting there. I am taknig it slow bc of my groin muscles. They are getting much better, but i had to cut the squat short due to pain in my left one BTW i have started a new log over at bb.com in the workout journal section for the contest. I believe i have about a weeks worth of fenotest left.

 Sorry guys, I finished Fenotest yestraday. I dont think i gave it the best run due ot my injury and all that, but i just now start doing upper body with weights. I do however believed it worked, for the first 2 weeks i was horny horny and my back ance flared up slightly, so i believe those are signs of rising test levels. I do believe it helped me stay lean (just by looking in the mirror) despite the fact i was not eating perfect. I apologize to dito and marc, i feel bad that my injury got in the way of a good log and the fact my comp broke after halloween. I do however know that if a tester will buy the product afterwards that is pretty much a good sign. I will buy some after i get done with my Clout. I am eager to use it after reading the logs and "hype" the past 6 months or so. Thanks for reading my log
