Not sure if its from the cissus yet but It was def a change from last week. biggrin.gif

Maybe you should try a full body routine. I was stucked for a year until I got unconvetional with exercise and even trained when sore "BLASPHEMY"!"

On Monday I do pressing excersise like press, chest, tricpes, squats, shoulders
on tuesday I do pulling movemenets like rows, pull ups, deadlifts, curls
wednesday off
thursday press
friday pull
saturday --freestyle light--focus on form, stretch, and contraction with very light weight
sunday off

Saturday and Sunday can be switched. THis was the best supplement that I purchased!
