I'll ask this here since questions in my journal have a strong tendency to not get answered.

I read an article over on BB.com about cycling off creatine at 4 weeks out and then re-loading the final week of prep to allow muscle cells to bloat even further on water before the show. Sound like a good idea or not?

Sounds like a pretty good idea to me. If you think about it, the 3 weeks you take off will lower the amount of water in your muscle cells so when the 4th week comes and you go with a loading stage you will hold more water than usual.
