First off, sorry for the huge delay... I had another supplement stack that had to be finished before I was able to start this one and also decided to postpone this stack a couple weeks b/c of some joint pains. Hopefully I will be able to give both these products an honest log without any joint pain hindering any gains.

Currently:

Age: 22

Sex: M

Height: 5'11''

Weight: 185 (currently cutting)

Bodytype: endo

Training experience: Been lifting seriously for about 5 years. Starting lifting for football and track in high school...got more serious when I started college.

Current Training Schedule: I use some principles I have learned from Max-OT. I lift Monday - Friday focusing on a major muscle group.

Cardio Schedule: 1 - 2 times per week HIIT. Normally 20 minutes

Previous pro-testosterone products:
- Rebound XT
- Alpha Drive XL

Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
None... just alcohol occassionally unsure.gif

Current Diet & Macros:
This isn't exact but it gives you an idea...

user posted image

Dosing:

T-Force
2 caps x 4 times daily (45 Day Test)

Anabolic Pump
1 cap x 3 times daily (30 Day Test)

I will be starting this log Monday (3-5-07) and I really can't wait for it to begin. I can't tell you how many times I looked at these supplements the past couple weeks wanting to start this thing up. I have given my body 3 weeks now and feel like joint pains shouldn't effect this test. Day 1 Monday!!!!!

Don't you just love Ronnie's bicep veins, they just stay that size no matter what he's doing. Good luck on the stack.

Good idea adding in the Cream of Wheat, that with the A.Pump gave me some serious energy. Cream of Wheat with Oatmeal really isn't bad together either, actually I almost prefer them together than either alone!

QUOTE (hadi_D @ Mar 6 2007, 07:28 PM)
What is T-Force?

T-Force is a new herbal testosterone amplifier from Omega Sports.

It's not certain yet whether this product will pan out or be scrapped. I guess they've done some initial testing with the bulk ingredients and got good results. Currently, there is no documentation for cetain components of the product.

As of right now, this is the working formula:

200mg 6,7 divanillyltetrahydrofuran
200mg 3,4 divanillyltetrahydrofuran
200mg Horny Goat Weed (50% icariin)
133mg Long Jack (200:1)
75mg Avena Extract (95% extract)

I finished up a cycle of Alpha Drive XL about a month ago. I plan to try out the T-Force for 45 days and will try to compare the 2.

Day 3

Date: 3-7-07 (Wednesday)

Morning Weight: 183.0

Current Supplements:
  • One-A-Day Men's Formula MULTI (once in morning)
  • Vitamin C 1000mg (morning, post-workout)
  • ON 100% Whey Protein (Morning)
  • All The Whey Whey Protein Isolate (post-workout)
  • Spring Valley Zinc 25mg (before bed)
  • Spring Valley Magnesium (before bed)
Dosing:
T-Force
2 caps x 4 times daily (45 Day Test)

Anabolic Pump
1 cap x 3 times daily (30 Day Test)

The Workout
Quads & Hams

BB Parallel Squat
8 x 335
6 x 335
5 x 345

BB straight leg Dead lift
10 x 365
8 x 365
5 x 365 (Don't know what happened on this set sad.gif )

BB Lunges
2 sets of 135 till failure

Leg curls
8 x 200
6 x 200
5 x 190

Leg Ext.
10 x stack
10 x stack
7 x stack

SLEEP: Still a good 8 hours.

STRENGTH: Like I said in a previous post, I'm trying to switch my reps of 10-12 back to 4-8ish...b/c of this, I expect my weight to be higher than they've been. I do feel that my strength will increase tho over the next month on this stack. We'll see....

APPETITE: I get SO hungry after I take an AP. Then, the only that makes me happy are carbs! biggrin.gif

AGGRESSION: None yet

ENDURANCE: Good.

LIBIDO: Still no noticeable change yet.

PUMPS: Hell Yeah! I woke up once again having this full feeling, and not one of the "I'm full I can't eat any more." I'm talking full like "i'm feeling big today" feelings. Well anyways, before the gym today, I was doing some sanding and I seriously was getting a forearm / bicep pump...it was weird but cool. Then, when I did get to the gym, I had crazy leg pumps after doing 2 warm-up sets of squat. On the ride home from the gym, my legs were pumped to the point that it was almost painful. I loved it. Felt like I just got done doing a huge set and this was a good 40 minutes after squatting.

MOOD: good.

ACNE: none.

ACHES: none.

ENERGY LEVELS: Have been pretty good.

OVERALL: 3rd day and I'm really liking the stack thus far. I've been getting some good pumps and I feel stronger in the gym. I had been doing higher reps but this week went back to my 4-8 rep range. It's where I am most comfortable and I seem to see my best gains staying below 8 reps. I look forward to seeing how my workouts progress as my bodyweight continues to drop.

SLEEP: The normal 8 hrs

STRENGTH: Felt good. Got pullups done in 3 sets and went up it just about everything else.

APPETITE: For the past couple days, I have been starving between meals. I think it may be from the good workouts I've been having. Either way, doesn't bother me too much! wink.gif

AGGRESSION: None

ENDURANCE: Good

LIBIDO: Same

PUMPS: Back pump was pretty good today and it continued after the workout. When I had my pre-workout AP, I forgot to wait 15 minutes before eating...Actually, I ate half my meal, then realized I never took the pill. So anyways, I was expecting a difference in the pump at the gym but I really didnt notice much of a difference.

MOOD: Good... Probably b/c it's been starting to get nice out.

ACNE: None

ACHES: None

ENERGY LEVELS: Still good. I'm guessing as long as you eat carbs at the right times, your energy levels wont be effected.

OVERALL: Well, it's been a little over 2 weeks. I have increased my lifts and also been enjoying crazy pumps. I am currently cutting but my diet over the past week wasn't perfect. Either way, I have been stayin around 180 and still getting stronger. So far, I give 2 thumbs up for both T-Force and Anabolic Pump.
