Applied Nutriceuticals has been gracious enough to help me with my cut provided I keep a very detailed log of my experiences while cutting using this stack. For that, I say thank you. I will do my best to post daily (should not be a problem) and offer as much feedback as possible on the supplements in regards to how they react with my body, diet, and training. If you'd like for me to add anything extra in my log, please feel free to let me know. I typically do not post the weights I use while lifting because to me, it's all relative (what may be a PR for me may be a warm-up for someone else).

Basics
Age: 30
Ht: Around 5'8
Wt: 216
Bf: 23.5%
Type: Mesomorph
Training: Around 3-4 years but really at it for 2-3

Training Outline
Will vary and will post it as I am tweaking it this evening

Diet
Fine-tuning it right now (need to add more carbs) but after running it by quite a few people, it's spot on for my goal.

Supps
ON whey
Now Fish Oil caps
Now Flax Oil liquid
Now Adam Multi
BCAA's
Lipo-AM
Lipo-PM
IGF-2
Kwick Karb
Dextrose

Goals
To get back to a 32 waist, and drop bf% to 10 (have never been that low). I have done a cut before but relied too much on supps. and mainly cardio without combining the diet portion of it. I did lose weight but also lost muscle in that process. I feel I am much more knowledgeable now and am really looking forward to this cut (was ready to go before BulkFest started).

Other notes
- I typically train around 7pm so the updates will usually be posted around 9pm.
- Other updates will be posted if I have some during-the-day feedback about
supps.
- I work alot but and at a hotel so my meals may not always be "on time" but I do
get them in.
- I prepare almost all my meals for the week on Sundays.
- I have access to my gym anytime I want as I work there and have a key.
- As I always say, this journal is not only for me to keep focused on my goals but
also for all of you to see what my results are based off of my diet, cardio,
weights, and the specific supps. I will be taking.

As you can tell, I am taking this very seriously and have been waiting to do this for awhile.

Here we go!!!!

So, here is my anticipated workout scheme, based off of 6 days:

Sun: Legs/Bis
Mon: Chest/Tris
Tue: Shoulders/Back
Wed: Legs/Bis
Thur: Chest/Tris
Fri: Shoulders/Back

Sunday (Legs/Bis)
Back Squat
Leg Press
Superset: Leg ext., seated curl
Calf Press

Dbell curl
Hammer curl
EZ bar reverse curl

Monday (Chest/Tris)
Bench Press
Incline dbell press
Incline dbell flye

Tri pushdown (v-bar)
Skulls
Close grip bench

Tuesday (Shoulders/Back)
Smith shoulder press
Bbell upright row
Superset: dbell side and dbell front raise

Lat pulldown
Seated row
Chins

Wednesday (Legs/Bi)
Front Squat
Dbell Lunges
Superset: Leg ext., seated leg curl
Smith calf raise

Bbell curl
Incline dbell curl
EZ bar rev. curl

Thur (Chest/Tris)
Flat dbell press
Incl. chest press
Flat dbell flye

Tri pushdown (rope)
Incline skulls
Cable kickbacks

Fri (Shoulders/back)
Dbell press
Dbell shrug
Superset: Dbell upright row/dbell side raise

V-Bar pulldown
1 arm dbell row
Cable pressdown

Before you say I should take days off, this is what I have found to do my body best. As Wdnesday is a regular day off from work, I will do cardio in the morning and work out in the evening. Saturday morning will also be another cardio day. Yes, I will be adding in another day of cardio but this is what I have as definite so far.

As far as back exercises go, deadlifts kill my lower back (recurring back problems) and it kills with proper form so those are unfortunately out of the equation, for right now.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday...very long day.

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling:

Well, being that it was the first day, wasn't able to tell anything. It's also the busiest two weeks of the year for us at the hotel but I had plenty of energy and clear focus and wasn't tired at all. Not sure if this was a result of the supps. or adrenaline from the business of the hotel.

Workout:

Had plenty of focus and intensity throughout the entire workout. Really wanted to keep going but knew I shouldn't. Seemed as though I was really able to focus on the muscles being worked and again, everything seemed very clear.

Flat Bench (10,9,9)
Dbell Incline (10,9,7)
Incline Flye (10,10,10)

V-Bar Pushdown (10,9,9)
EZ Skulls (8,8,8)
Close Grip Bench (10,10,10)

Again, first day so not much to report. Will update on Day 2 tonight after I workout.

From Tuesday

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling:
Only got about 5 hours of sleep due to watching the NCAA game but woke up feeling as if I had 8 full hours. Didn't wake up once and that's rare for me. So, the day started out very well. Busy again at the hotel and again, full energy and focus and seemed to think clearly about everything.

Workout:

Had major DOMS in chest and tris from the previous night. Mainly due to taking the previous week off and doing a new rep/set scheme. TOnight's workout went very well with shoulders/back.

Smith Press
Upright bbell row
Superset of dbell front and side raises

Lat Pulldown
Seated ROw
Chins

So far, no results I can REALLY put on the supps. but we'll see (especially the sleeping). Till Wednesday.

4/4 AM Day 3

Dosing:

7:00AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

Small EAS Shake at 7:30AM.

Feeling:

Another restful night of sleep, only woke up once (which is still good for me). Plenty of energy for cardio and still feel good afterwards.

Workout:

Did HIIT cardio this morning. 10 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the bike. Really stayed focused from minute one to minute 10 during each session. Sweating was the usual amount so no excess to report.

Other:

The past couple of weeks I have really been craving ice cream at night but honestly the past 2 nights, no craving whatsoever. The gf wanted pizza last night and I knew it would've tasted good but just didn't want it. Lipo-PM seems to be doing the trick on the cravings already. As far as hunger though, I start to get a little hungry every 2 hours but I think my body is still conditioned to feel that way and now with the extra boost in metabolism and working so hard outside everyday, I think it might be through the roof (which is a good thing). But again, the Lipo-PM might be helping during the day with the bad cravings.

Scalato,

Looking good so far my man! Keep it going.... You will reach your goal! I am really looking forward to tracking your cut!

Alex,

Quit being one of the interested and join those that use it and LOVE it. (Peer Pressure) LOL. You won't be sorry!

Oh.....It might be a mistake, it might be corrected by now.... who knows. A certain retailer had IGF-2 listed nearly $15 below the nearest competitor! That is one top notch, A1 supplements store!

4/5 Day 4 Thursday

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling:

Didn't sleep all that great last night. Had a lot on the mind so I believe that contributed to it. I was able to fall asleep quickly and when I woke up around 3am, I felt wide awake. Kept falling asleep and waking up the rest of the morning until 5:40am. Had to do a lot of office work today and seemed to fly through it without feeling like I was rushing (a great feeling). Again, still feeling hungry every 2 hours.

Workout:

Still had soreness from chest/tri workout on Monday so decided to take the day off rather than overtrain.

Other:

Major DOMS today in the legs but none in the bi's. Still feel pleased with the bi workout from yesterday nonetheless.

I'm not really worried about the scale at this point as I am about getting back down to a 32 waist and dropping the bf. Of course, I'd love for the scale to stay the same and drop the bf but only time will tell with this stack.

4/6 Friday

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling:

Great clear energy all day without jitters. It was a long, busy day but I still had all the energy needed to get through the day.

Workout:

Most of the chest/tri soreness from Monday was gone so I decided to work those parts out today.

Flat dbell press
Incline bench
Flat dbell flye

Rope pulldown
Incline skulls
Cable kickbacks

Nice pump throughout and really felt as if I could've done more but didn't want to overtrain.

Other:

I really think the Lipo-PM is helping with the cravings as I am not getting any at all on this reduced caloric diet. It's been kinda nice.

Took Saturday off from the gym as I had to pretty much work a double but still got plenty of exercise being on the pool deck, moving chairs, towel bins, etc.

Sunday 4/8

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling:

Did not eat terribly great yesterday but didn't notice any sluggish type feelings or bloated feelings this morning as I typically would have in the past.

Workout:

Dbell shoulder press
Dbell shrugs
Compound set - dbell upright row and side raises

V-bar pulldown
one arm dbell row
Super pullover

Worked out with great intensity for about 40 minutes and when I was done, I really thought I could go for another 40 minutes as I still had plenty of energy and intensity to do more. But, of course, I'm just going to save that motivation.

Other:

Sleep patterns have been a bit odd the past few nights. I've been waking up around 2 or 3 ready to get going with my day. I typically go to bed at 10 and wake around 5:30. But lately, it seems I'm getting more refreshed in less sleep. I love it but I guess I might have to go to bed a little later so I don't wake up so damn early.

Week 1 Weigh-In: 213 (-3 pounds)
BF: 22.5% (-1%)

Today's Observations so far:

Pretty crummy weather day, cold, dreary, and rainy. Perfect day to sleep and eat crap. But, I didn't feel any of that. I had just as much energy today as I did last week when it was very busy at work. Plus, no cravings that usually accompany a bad weather day (at least for me).

Will update more after the workout tonight.

Monday 4/9

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling: Described it in the post above

Workout: Phenomenal. Extremely focused and really was able to concentrate on the muscles involved in the movement. I also think using a little bit lighter weight and going to 10 reps with full concentration is helping. I had a mjaor pump in both biceps tonight, almost lost my dinner, and nearly had to stop because they were so painful. But, I finished the entire workout.

Squats
Leg Press
Calf Raise
Super Set: Leg Ext and LEg Curl

Dbell Curl
Hammer Curl
Cable Curl

Other: None today. Just excited about the bf% going down (not really caring about the total weight).

Tuesday 4/10

Dosing:

5:30AM - 2 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2

6:15AM - 2 Lipo-PM with breakfast

12:30PM - 2 Lipo-PM with lunch

3:30PM - 3 IGF-2 on an empty stomach

6:45PM - 1 Lipo-AM and 3 IGF-2 (pre-workout)

9:15 - Lipo-PM (pre-bed)

Feeling: Nothing new to report feeling-wise. Still no cravings for junk food and no jittery effects even though I feel like I have more energy. Still have clarity in thoughts throughout the day.

Workout:

Bench
Incline Dbell
Incline flye

V-bar pushdown
Skulls
Close-Grip

Other:

More DOMS in the legs after yesterday's workout. I am really focusing on them as I think my upper body may be overtaking my lower.

Afternoon Wednesday 4/11

Just a little update to say that during this day off, no cravings which is awesome. It's usually my days off when I'm doing errands that I start to crave fatty or high carb foods. Today, nothing, even with the metabolism in overdrive after this morning's cardio session. So far, I really think the Lipo-AM and Lipo-PM are doing what they are "supposed" to do. As for the IGF-2, my strength is going up a little on my 2nd go around of workouts on this supplement. Not sure if it's really working yet but at least the strength is not going down with my weight.

Awesome log so far man. I'd be interested to hear of any strength increases you may attribute to the products currently or in the future.

Keep up the good work, let me know if I can help in any way.

Will certainly do.

I did start taking the WMS and Xtend today with my workouts so we'll see if that has a synergistic effect on my current stack.
