My Stats

37 Y.O.

293 lbs as of 04/07/07 per gym scale

Current goals are just to lose as much fat while retaining as much muscle as possible (pretty original biggrin.gif )


I was doing D.C. for a while, and still follow the split but I have added some volume work and try to keep the reps higher range (over 12)

My diet is pretty clean it's mainly high protein, low carbs. low fat. Currently all coming from food. My goals would be to really get my waist down, since its really thick


The only supplement I'm on is Axis Labs Smash, and I like it biggrin.gif

Leg shot, trained them earlier today sorta swollen, Well thats it for the pics. I didnt include a ab shot since I think you need abs for an ab shot, but clearly you can tell that there is no sign of abs. biggrin.gif

Is the "eat, sleep, lift, grow" thing the code GD gave you for the comp or are you just puttin' it out there?

You look huge. I think that you will look fantastic after you lose some bf and possibly remove some body hair laugh.gif

Thanks, yea thats the code from GD

Belive it or not I really thinned out the hair, hence the unevenness and bald spots laugh.gif

Wait a minute, I didn't see your weight. You weigh 293??? That is beastly at any height but how tall are you? I wonder how much you would weigh if you were shredded.

Did 1/2 of my Monday split, just have back left. Also for each body part above I have been adding a couple of sets 2-4 of a little lighter, but high rep exercises.

Monday-- Gym


Back

Low Pully rows
13,14,12 x 165

Hammer low rows
11,12,12,13 x 180

lat pull down
Close grip
10,8,8 x 165

Lat pull down wide grip
11,11,10 x 135

Today's training should only ave been pull downs and rack pulls. But my legs are still sore as f from Sat. The only thing I can think of is that I went super deep asg on hacks or leg extensions I went lighter but super slow and held on top part of rep for a split sec. Either way I decided against rack pulls. Again went much lighter and higher reps on all my exercises but went slow with emphasis on a controlled neg, burns like a mofo.
