Yeah-- you're lean enough. Start bulking and then cut. You're going to lose more muscle than fat if you cut right now.

HMmmmm...thank you all for the showering of praise laugh.gif Apparently some more information is needed...

Well first off, the day after i finalised my journal my parents cut off the internet, which is why i hadnt posted in ages. Apparently I was being distracted from my homework. Oh well...I bought a usb adapter from tigerdirect.com, and once i install it I can def post more...NE way im at the library right now doing this.

Second, I think it would be wise to clarify my goals. I thought that I had made these obvious, by you know, writing them out in english, but apparently we have some big-time skeptics here. Thus, I will attempt to explain the phenomenon of a body recomposition.

Right off the bat, I must say that I have absolutely no idea as to how to do a recomp in an all natural, food/excercise only fashion. This is because to gain muscle, an excess of calories need to be consumed; any attempt at cardio to lose fat would also burn the aformentioned necessary excess, as well as stored fat, negating any buildup of muscle tissue.

The easier (though im not about to do these) routes include use of clenbuterol (or subconjugates) and low-dose testosterone, ephedra and the like. However, I believe I may have found a perhaps "safer" way, based on rather vigorous perusal of the internet.

This latter path involves several combined substances, that when taken at specific intervals relative to eachother, greatly enhance the readiness of fat stores to be utilized during cardio, and greatly reduce burning of newly consumed calories' during the process.

In conclusion, because i use c. 1930 calories just to sit all day, and burn c.500 calories during weighlifting (size stimulus), and perhaps burn 500 more during regular movement throughout day, i still get c. 500 extra calories a day more than i burn, since i eat c. 3500 calories a day. This creates a surplus of 3500 calories a week, and since i work out 6 times a week (only taking a break because of overtraining prevention), the calories will be used to create muscle fiber, not lipids. In addition, because of the supplements i will take, when i do cardio to attack fat stores there wont be any "surplus calories' used.
