Completed Week 4
So far strenght is up 10-20 pounds
My weight is up 2 pounds
Bf is still 30%
I caught something on Wednesday @work. Some inconsiderate fuck came into the office with a sore throat and cough, and now i have it and pratically the whole floor.
I layed off the weights Wednesday to Friday this week (what a waste) and had to squeeze in pratically my whole work out schedule yesterday.
Saturday - Chest,Back,Legs,Shoulders
Sunday - Abs
Thats fuckin BS and now i have to repeat the same muscle groups this week before they even fully recover.
Im still coughing like a MF and everyone @work is sick.....:/ So im taking Buckleys for the sore throat and cough,
ginger tea and Halls cough drops.
So far only a strenght increase this week. I look harder and my stomach doesnt buldge out as bad but my BF% is still the same.
Honestly i havent been doing my cardio this week due to current circumstances. Ill get my shit together on that this week and hopefully i still wont be sick.
The
Leviathan, I honestly want to cut it out. I cant eat because of that shit and I love eating. Plus my body and mood doesnt agree with fatburners.
Fat burners always bring down my mood. Also that feelings when u dont wanna eat... personally i think thats fucked up.
Im excited to
see what will happens after Week 5. It would be nice to
see some weight gain on the scale.
