As tough as it may be, sign up for a cycling class, or mixed martial arts, or whatever interests you, you will sleep better at night, feel better about urself and get to be around people all at the same time, go 4 a pre workout that doesnt have an energy complex, id reccommend Fast Twitch's cyto-sport, i think that the lemonade flavor is the non stimulant version, theres plenty out there tho

This is a medical question and should be answered by a licensed professional. Remember, your mind is the best energy supplement you have. Without the right mindset when entering the gym nothing will help. To add to this, I was once on Lexapro and Xanax for deprssion and anxiety and I can relate to your situation. I found that meditating and picturing what goals I wanted to achieve got me ready for the gym everytime.

I can relate I am also manic depressive, realistically there is not much we can take with the medication we take without bad interactions, especially in regard to stimulants. If I were you I would look into nootropics, such as Alcar and others a good nootropic stack can help alleviate the mental fatigue brought to us by our meds. I am currently running, Alcar, Piracetam, Choline Citrate and vipocetine, along with other antioxidants to help stimulate glucose metablosim in the brain. Also look to cleaning up your diet and doing some cardio, to naturally elevate natural levels of catecholamines.

Look into Taurine - not all that great as an energizer but it could be helpful to you - Read the articel Tolson posted on this site and google Taurine & Bipolar or Taurine & Depression. I find Taurine + CEE really helpful for recovery from intense workouts so I can train sooner. Take a good look at your diet - a poor diet will not help your energy or your mental health. Make sure you eat frequently quality food and don't use too much caffeine, supplement with mult b + c morning & noon and your energy should come up. I have done a lot of reading about dietary methly doners after being ill for 30 months from a digestive disease and learned these can play a role in a variety of illnesses including yours. Ask your doc about Cerefolin www.cerefolinnac.com - a perscription vitamin that can be very helpful. At one time you could buy all the ingredients over the counter but thanks to Merk l-methlyfolate is perscription only now.

well, treat the cause of depression, not its symptoms. my friends cousin, uses sooo much zoloft in one day, her mom is a skank (brings a new guy home everyday and tells her daughter its her new dad, WTF?) so yea, do something about what is causing it. i had depression too.

Roids, is there even a slight bit of sensitivity in you? haha, geeze Frank - any update bro? I hope things are working out for you now! I know stims aren't in your field really, but you might wanna think about the Drive + RPM stack. From what I've read in the thread in this forum, people are in a really good mood while on this stack. I'm not depressed now (just got over a stage), but I still find it very tough to get a good nights sleep (1 good night out after 30-40 bad nights sleep). Food is the key dude, if you eat clean foods that aren't full of saturated fats and cholesterol your mood should become better. I don't think one single thing is going to help you. Like everyone has been saying, you need: A) Clean Diet Cardio to keep your blood moving, plus running can take your mind off of things C) Focus on your goals D) Know that supplements are suppose to be add-on's not a cure-all E) Do something that makes you happy and blast some Black Sabbath and Judas Priest before SFW. If that doesn't get you motivated I don't know what to tell you. Either way, see a sports medicine doctor and ask him what you can be taking or doing. They are schooled and trained on this stuff for 6 or more years, I nor anyone here can top that.

If your depressed are your pills really working? You would have to ask your doc to see what kind of things interact with what. I think a safe supplement to try would be fish oil. Other then that many other things can interact with your medication. Tyrosine, 5-htp , alcar are great but you wouldn't wanna combine that with your meds.
