I've been reading about this and read a study that made me think this stuff maybe a good foundational supplement. I just looked it up here though, and its really expensive. $10.99 for 3 oz!!!!!. Damn!. I don't know about that....doesn't seem like it would be worth the cost!. I thought it would be a cheap basic supplement.

So I just figured it out, for 30 days worth, taking 2 servings a day as suggested, you would pay about $220. Thats just insane, why even bother selling the stuff?. For rich people I guess thats just pocket change.

I am not sure what it does for the muscle gain. But I have been used it for like last 6 months for intestine health and boosting immune system. I have not noticed any signifcant effect for muscle gain so I think if you take it for that purpose you will be disapointed.

Its a type of protein found in mothers milk(I think.). Colostrum helps a newborn develop in its first week of life. I read of a study of where the participents did gain muscle as opposed to the placebo group. I really don't think its worth it though given the cost though. I mean you get 3 oz for $10.99. The recomended dose is 1 to 2 teaspoons 1 to 2 times per day. So say if you take 2 teaspoons =1oz once a day. One bottle then at $10.99 will last you only 3 days!. So every 3 days you would need another bottle. 30 / 3 =10. So you would need 10 bottles to last you 30 days or one month. 10*10.99=$109.90. Then you have to figure $5 for shipping. So thats $109.90 + $5.00 = $114.90 a month. I think I did my math wrong in the last post. Oh well, its still pretty damn expensive. But I guess if you have the money to throw around more power to ya!. Oh yeah, and send me some of that cash!. You rich bastard!. Don't tell me your actually thinking of paying for this stuff. I think your better off just eating chicken!

LOL, it is so funny what peopel would say when hiding behind their internet nickname. Grow up and act like your age, please. Acutally, it is sad. It showed your true color. sad.gif
It is none of your business, but there are lots of ways to make money if you are smart about it. Maybe spend half an hour a day to think aobut to investment, eh? Even 50 bucks a month go a long way. Besides, it will cost you about 30 bucks a month to take decemt amount of colostrum if you look around a bit. Come to think of it, you are thinking to spend about extra 3 bucks a day for your supplment showed you are the rich bastard you hate so much. dry.gif
