Time To start again!

Just coming off a 4 week Havoc cycle... libido is down, the boys are a little shrunk up, So i'm putting Drive/RPM to the test to see how well they help bring everything back to normal

No Bloodwork unfortunately, so this will be based directly on feel

I will also be using novadex at 40mg for the first couple days and then 20mg for 3 weeks

I'v been cutting, and i'm at 213-214 down from 220 when i finished my last run of RPM and Neovar

I will eat just slightly below maintenence throughout PCT with cardio 4-5 times per week, and a split routine

I'll get up dosing protocols and what not tomorrow when I start dosing

Current as of 03/08
Weight: 219lbs
Height: 6'1''
Bi's: 18''
Quads: 26''
Calves: 15.5''
Waist: 35''

PR's:

WHat did you think of Havoc? Decent gains?

It went well, it's the second time i'v used it and it's def my favorite hormone on the market. Hardly any sides except for the two mentioned above... i used it basically to just hold on to muscle while cutting, but ended up adding a couple lbs of lean mass and dropping a decent amount of fat

Strength went up slightly, but at 2500 calories and low/mod carbs i didn't expect much in that department

I only lost 2-3lbs from my starting weight, but dropped close to 2% BF... so it was nice

Day 1

Dosing
4- RPM
4- Drive

Workout: Shoulders/Tri's

Military Press: 55x15, 75x10, 85x8, 55x12
Shrugs: 3 sets 100lb dumbells & 3 sets HS shrugs 6-plates
Upright rows: 3 sets 100lbs
HS shoulder press: 3 sets 4-plates
Supersets: lateral and front raises
Tricep extensions: 4 sets

Overview:

Workout wasn't phenominal today.... I hit cardio at like 11 PM last night and only had roughly 80g of carbs between that time and this mornings workout... SOOO i was pretty depleted

However RPM had me sweating balls and intensity was high... I cut down on rest times and was in and out within about 40 minutes

I'm dropping some volume this time around considering i just came off cycle, and I am still cutting and only taking in between 2500-2800 calories.

Took Drive tonight along with my nolva since it should help with LH stimulation overnight

Day 2

Dosing:

5-RPM
5-Drive

Workout:

Lat Pulldown: 130x12, 160x10, 200x10, 220x5
T-Bar Rows: 135x10, 155x10, 155x6-drop 135x4
HS Seated Row (neutral grip) 3x10 - 4 plates on each side
HS pulldowns (supinated grip) 3x10 2-plates on each side
Various Biceps: incline curls, cable curls, reverse preacher curls
Abs: 2 sets 75 seated crunches

Overview:

Another mediocre workout... Did some fasted HIIT cardio this morning for about 20 minutes which wiped me out, then ate and lifted 3 hours later

Energy is there, RPM has me pumped up and ready to smash weights... however endurance is waaay down, strength is also slightly down... but this is expected since i just came off cycle

I'm hoping within a week or so things will start to pick back up when the boys start working again

No GI issues to report as of yet while taking drive, so thats good news

Day 5

Dosing:

5 RPM
5 Drive

Workout: Chest

Incline DB Bench: 65x10, 85x10, 105x8, 65x12
HS Flat Bench: 3 sets of 10 4-plates
Cable Flys: 4 sets 60lbs
Flat Bench flys: 2 sets 40lbs

Overview:

Short workout today... hit cardio hard this morning, and hit the gym a few hours later.

Huge difference from my previous workouts, strength felt much better, intensity and aggression was up, Endurance will still down after the first few sets... but felt good through Incline bench.

Actually woke up with a lil morning wood this morning rolleyes.gif haven't had any signs of that in prob 2.5 weeks... so def a good sign

also seem to be leaning out slightly... I was showing more vascularity and cuts than when i was on... i may have been holding a little water

Weight is still the same... right around 213-214

Day 9 (yesterday)

Dosing:

4 RPM
6 Drive

Training: Shoulders

DB Presses: 40x20, 55x12, 75x10, 85x10, 85x6 - drop set 55x5
BB Shrugs: 185x12, 225x10, 255x10

Overview:

Yesterdays workout was sick... i knocked everything out in about 40min, and was sweating balls! Rest times were short... around 40sec and no more than 1 min

Had sick pumps in my delts and traps... got a couple compliments as well and i'm finally seeing some decent seperation in my shoulders again, and vascularity is improving

Endurance was very good, i was able to keep the weight relatively high even with short rest periods... I was very happy, def an intense workout

Libido is coming back slowly... still not top notch but much better than when i started

Weight:

I weighed in at 215 yesterday which was suprising b/c i'm looking leaner than when i started 10 days ago, yet i'm up a pound or two

Prob sitting at around 12% BF which is awsome considering i was close to 15% when i weighed 220lbs

word... lol yeah drive is definately making my shit thick, the lil woman woke up the other morning with her hair all knotted up from a few shots that got away biggrin.gif

Day 11

4 RPM
4 drive

Training: Legs/Arms

Leg Press: 12-plates 3 sets 12
Leg Raises: 3-sets 90lbs
Calf Raises: 4 sets

DB Bicep Curls: 35x10, 50x10, 50x9, 50x7
Barbell Curls: 75x10, 95x10, 105x8

Skull Crushers: 75x12, 95x10, 105x10, 125x8, 125x8
Reverse grip extensions: 3 sets 10 - 65lbs

Overview:[COLOR=blue]

Legs have been a lil beat up lately b/c of all the HIIT cardio i'v been doing... so i didn't push them too hard today, but still felt good

Strength is great... haven't lost anything from before or during my cycle, and on some days i even feel a little stronger... Prob thanks to the RPM getting me jacked up and ready to lift

Endurance is average/good... Lower calories, cardio, mild carbs are all taking a toll on my endurance... but it's to be expected, and i'm surprised it's not much worse actually

Appearance seems to be improving almost daily... This is the fullest and most dense i'v ever felt while cutting, and not on some type of hormone... Drive is definately an amazing addition to RPM, and i'm loving the way i feel on this stuff

Weight: 216 blink.gif

The only thing i can think of thats causing my weight to increase, is possible increase in glycogen storing from drive/RPM and HIIT cardio

And the addition of 3g of creatine gluconate each day

but the mirror doesnt lie... i'm def. leaner than when i started

strength is def increasing... This is a first for me during PCT! I have been slightly more lax on carb intake since i'm doing alot of cardio, but DAMN this is awsome

Yesterday i hit 100lb dumbells for 6 reps on Shoulder press, and then 2 forced reps... and that was after destroying my Triceps with skull crushers the day before!

I think thats a PR or at least close to it

Sup Movin, glad to hear the Havoc cycle went well, and this PCT seems to be going swell as well!!

Havoc is a clone of Epistane, correct? What else have you used besides Havoc to decide that Havoc is your favorite? I'm starting to like more and more the idea of trying Havoc sometime in the next 6-8 months or so since I've heard nothing but good feedback on it. But I've also considered doing a Mega-H run as well, so it's tough deciding.

Is Havoc good when bulking?

I like it b/c its so mild in terms of side effects, yet produces good gains

I'v used havoc, promagnon-25, epithin-E, superdrol... and i'v included winztrol and orastan-A and trenadrol in a stack with the others

Havoc is by far the best stand-alone i'v come across as of yet... I'm interested in a phera clone but worry about gyno and blood pressure

Havoc has a lower effect on liver toxicity than the other hormones, my blood pressure wasn't thrown through the roof like on trenadrol and SD, and i didn't have lethargy like some of the others

You hardly even notice your on cycle except for some back pumps every once in a while, and steady gains in strength and size

and PCT is a breeze... don't have to worry about losing all your gains, each time i'v run havoc i'v kept everything

And yeah this PCT is going fantastic... this is my first time using DRIVE along with RPM, and i'm loving it!

Weight is still hanging right around 215... I was nervous stepping on the scale b/c i hardly ate on Sunday, but everything came out fine

Going to start increasing cardio a little more since the muscle seems to be holding nicely

What kind of PCT does one need after Havoc? Is Nolva required?

nolva is prob not completely required... i am using it, but only running it for 3 weeks and at a low dose

I'v heard good things about Post Cycle Support, which contains reseveratrol (sp?) which supposedly acts like a SERM, plus it's got all your support supps and what not. I even saw bloodwork after an 8 week cycle and everything was back in range after using PCS

so i may give that a try next time along with RPM and Drive

Dosing:

5 RPM
4 Drive

Training: Chest/Tri's

Incline DB Bench: 60x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x8 drop set 60x10
HS flat bench: 180x10, 270x10, 270x8

Cable Flys: 3 sets 10
Dips: 3 sets 10 w/ 45lbs added
Tricep extentions: 70x10, 80x10, 80x8

Overview:

Good workout today... messed up my eating routine since i was a little rushed this morning. Did 15 min of HIIT cardio and then another 10 min of cardio this morning and only got 1 meal in before my workout, so i was a little carb depleted

strength was still pretty good, endurance was so-so... energy was great, still sweating like crazy during workouts

Pumps weren't quite as pronounced, but that was def do to my screwed up meal schedule

To top it off I weighed in at 212... so Def was depleted

Carbed up post workout though, and muscles are feelin swole right now

Nice log bro. Vitruvian was nice enough to sponsor me some RPM/Drive, which just came in the mail, so I'm definitely following along with this thread.

I just came off Epistane/Methoxy TST and was considering adding this stack to my Nolva, but it didn't arrive in time so I'm doing Leviathan/Incarnate, etc for PCT and will run the Applied Nutriceuticals stuff after.

Best of luck broham!

Thanks J-dub let me know how leviathon/incarnate works out

Day 23

(Yesterday)

Hit back yesterday... popped 3 RPM and 3 Drive about an hour before my workout, had a great session.

Energy was way up again... i really haven't had the need to go much above 3 RPM, I'm not getting that "stimmed" out feeling or anything... but i find it easier to get fired up and aggressive and motivated to lift

Endurance was decent, i was sweating like crazy with 30-45 second rest periods, and some supersetting

Pumps were pretty wicked yesterday, the short rest times really had my upper back knotted up, and my bi's were hard as fuck

Had a guy come up to me who i haven't seen in about a month, and he told me "i was looking alot more ripped" than when he'd last seen me... so i was happy about that

vascularity
is definately comeing out alot more with the added cardio

Weight is starting to come off slowly, I weighed in at about 211-212 yesterday and wasn't nearly as carb depleted as last week

Today is Chest or Shoulders... haven't decided yet

Day 26

Stopped nolva a couple days ago... boys are completely restored, nice and full again

Been doin extra cardio, sometimes twice per day trying to lean out so strength has suffered slightly my last few workouts

Hit legs HARD Thursday, the first time i'v done squats in a couple months and I'v had DOMS for 2 days now

Yesterday's shoulder workout was lacking... probly b/c somebody jacked my ipod and i hate lifting without my music

Overall i'v been very impressed with the addition of RPM/Drive to my PCT regimine... I can truely say this has been my most successful PCT yet feeling wise

I haven't had much Post cycle depression, no anxiety, workouts have stayed strong, motivation has stayed up

I have 5-6 days left of RPM/Drive and then I'll do a final review
