 First day of FB Training. I am doing a dem-rigged version of HST. I'm not worrying about the periodization aspect of the original program. I'm just doing 15, reps for a coupla weeks, 12 reps for a coupla weeks, 10, 8, 5, etc. I'm not used to doing sets of 15, so the weights were fairly light. It still kicked my ass.
Today: Squats 2x15 @ 245 Leg Curl 2x15 @ 70lbs Bench Press 2x15 @ 235 Dips 1x16 @ bw Bent Rows 185x15, 13 Lat Pulldown 2x15 @ 150 Mil Press 2x15 @ 140 Rear delts 2x15 @ 25 BB Curls 85x15, 12 OH tri rope ext 2x15 @ 110 Decline sit-ups 2xfailure Seated calve raises 2x15 @ 3 plates
Rest time was 90-120 secs on everything. My heart was racing the whole time and got as high as 138 between a few of the sets. It seemed to stay over 100 the whole time. Overall, awesome w/o.

In the 4 days that I've been off sdrol and on nolva/ igf-2, I actually seem to have more energy and my libido is up. I've found myself hornier than while on cycle and masturbating twice a day. I'm also a pound or two heavier. Everytime I've been on PCT, this seems to happen. Libido goes up and gains continue well into PCT.

Press 2x15 @ 75 Plate raises 2x15 @ 45 Tricep Pushwodns 2x15 @ 130 Hammer Curls 2x15 @ 40 Calve raises (on leg press) 3x15 @ 320 Incline Situps 1xfailure Hanging Leg Raises 1xfailure Side leg raises 1xfailure (each side) Lovin this FB w/o. The high rep stuff and working all muscle groups in one w/o still kicks my ass. I'm still getting acclimated to it, so the poundages are fairly light. The elbow isn't acting up as much, so I've been able to go up on weight and lock out on stuff that I couldn't before. Overall great SFW session!
