After reading the Dr.'s pulse methods I decided to give it a try to check out the efficacy and mildness of a pulse with
Epistane. I ran the Epi on M,W,F schedule which were also my workout days, and was doing HIIT on T,Th. I started day
one with 10 mg pre/10mg Postm bumped it to 20/10 the remaining two lifting days of the week. On week two I did 20/20 and week 3 I bumped to 30/20. Once I hit the 50 mg mark I realized that I was shutting down. So I took a week off with a serm than went back at it staying at it 20/10 for 3 more weeks while adding two caps of
3AD each M,W,F.
I was happy with the physical results. The goal was to recomp, I went from 241 to 237, and improved in all my lifts. The best thing was the results in the mirror. I got some nice seperation in some of the muscles, and also had a nice full look. Usually when I lose weight my muscles look flat as a pancake.
I ran this whole cycle with absolutely no ancillaries, as I wanted a true
test to
see how harsh a cycle of this length could/would be on the body. I did
one week of PCT with an AI, and some Clomid to blow the nuts back up. During PCT I went and got a full physical that I had scheduled months in advance, so I planned my cycle to finish around this time so I could get some true readings. I am a bit pissed because he was supposed to give me my
test levels, but forgot to write it on the paperwork, so he says.
Not sure what else
one would want to know so these are the readings that I have.
Blood Pressure 110/66
Cholesterol 136
Triglycerides 28
HDL 53
LDL 77
Overall I am very happy with the results and will try this method again with the remaining EPI next spring and possibly with SD in the winter, but I will run all the ancillaries with that stuff.
