I actually just injured my wrist, not sure if its a cartilage tear yet or not but if it is I will need surgery. Sucks I can only train legs now. Injuries are so frustrating mad.gif

Liquid diet for 3 days, and in to much paid to eat like normal for a few weeks, that and laying around. Its ok ive got plenty supps to get me back to where i need to be.

if east cut up and drop 10% bf he would be around 8-10% but solid build for sure if hes 18

steroids are used for anemia in the hospital so yes it probably could help
