I don't think I have posted here in over 2 years! Wonder if any of the same guys are still around? Baldy, Jake Varner, SDF, Mr.X, JennC, Roids, ShakesAllDay, AZFitTrainer, AgnosticFront??? Anyway, I need some help choosing a focus supplement. I know there are lots of younger guys here in college, so I'm sure they have tried everything. I'm 39 and convinced I have a problem focusing...ADD/ADHD, Im not sure??...but I definitely have a problem with my focus. I would prefer not to see a doc and get on Adderall, etc. If you have had good results with a particular supp, please let me know what you use, especially if you have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD.
So the question is not: Why start off on such a path? You have already started off. You did so with the first beat of your heart. The question is: Do I wish to walk this path consciously or unconsciously? With awareness or lack of awareness? As the cause of my experience, or at the effect of it?

Tried piracetam about a year and a half ago. I can't remember the problem I had with it....I think it made me tired?!!? I've got some in capsule form Geranamine. I bought 6-8 months ago looking for a cheap energy boost. I really didn't notice anything but perhaps I didn't take them long enough? I'll look into the other items you guys mentioned after doing a little more research. Also...I've been reading pretty good things about a supp called Focus Fast. Seems a lot of people like it. But at $50 for a months supply, it would have to really work well for me to justify the expense.

More and more people try the nutritional supplements as a way to combat the nutritional deficiencies and to ensure the necessary of vital nutrients for maintaining the quality of their life. Before you start taking nutritional supplements you must know a few things about them. Nutritional supplements represent a support to our body. The nutritional supplements clean the human body and restore the deficiencies present inside. APS Phenadrine. You won't find a negative review on it. Very mellow energy, enhanced focus, very noticeable mood enhacing effect, no crash or jitters.
