Hi

My order says sent a month ago.
I had selected fedex international economy but was given deutsche post intern instead.

I realize there is no tracking number - but I'd like to find out, how long should I wait for and how do I do about making a claim if necessary?

Can you provide me with the DHL invoice numbers?

Customer service has been unavailable both on phone and email

how did you go abou contacting them? i am from Australia and need to contact BN but i am finding it very difficult as they havnt written back to any of my emails and their phone is unavailable also.

I have an order with #729532. waiting since october 20. It's 17 days now but neither they response my emails nor there is any sound about my order.

where is my order, what the hell is going on?
