I've never counted exact macros for more than a few weeks strait, so take this for what its worth.
I find it much easier to lose bodyfat by just upping cardio and not dropping cals. When i try and drop cals i feel like i lose a lot more muscle than i would by just upping my cardio and keeping the same calories. I would never cut without cardio but thats just me.
You can even make part of your workout feel like cardio. I know when i start supersetting bodyparts it really get the blood pumping. That might offer you a little refuge from the tredmill
