ive tried it a little here and there. its not bad to cycle into your workouts.
so what i mean is, i wouldnt do it all the time. maybe like for 2-4 weeks

see if your gaining and liking it, then continue for another 2-4 weeks and then switch back to a more regular bodybuilding routine or whatever you wanna do.
see he did do those workouts, and a lot of BBs do use HIT outlines but they dont do it all the time.
we always have to switch things up, so try it out. im sure you'll be sore as hell for a while.
