  Alright, just received a package containing on bottle of HGHup! Will update this log 3 times a week with all the listed requirements, my workouts, cardio, weigh-in and the like starting tomorrow! Thanks again to AN for this opportunity!  I will be dosing this as it says on the bottle, 3 morning empty stomach, 2 evening empty stomach and will be coming back with updates on: Sleep - Time and Quality Mental Alertness/Focus EnergyMotivation Mood/Aggression Stress Libido Joints Endurance Strength Quality of Training Pump and Vascularity Muscle Hardness/Density Body Composition and Look Appetite Overall Sense of Feeling

Thanks man, just popped 3 caps of HGH and am headed to the gym in about an hour to work on the cable machine and 30 mins of cardio. Currently I'm at about 210 lbs, 5'10, age 29. Will be eating fairly clean for this log. Oatmeal, egg, protein shake, tuna, nuts, fish, lean beef, veggies, yogurt, lots of water, whole wheat breads, tons of chicken, things of that nature...about 4-5 times a day. I tend to stray on weekends with football, UFC's and WWE's but I'll try to stick to it. My goal is to lean up while preserving and/or gaining muscle. I look in tip top shape at around 185, right now my face looks a bit full/bloated as does my mid-section..my arms and legs usually are always in shape. So suffice to say this is mainly for a 'recomp' effect. I will be using some sort of pre-workout energizer but nothing I haven't used before. Caffeine tabs. Superpump 250, White Flood...I will still be able to tell the effects of HGH. Post work-out nothing fancy, as I have Muscle Gauge Whey and Sci-Fit Econowhey, usually 2 scoops. Will update soon.

haven't noticed any effects as of yet. This is only my 1st and a half day.
Hit the cardio for 30 mins today, weight training tomorrow.
Had a protein shake, smart ones sals. steak meal with asparagus. 200 cal. Few chips n salsa. |

Just double checking..... avoiding carbs prior to dosing the HGHup?
Also, the morning dose is better suited about 45 minutes pre-workout.... assuming you don't eat any carbs within a couple hours preworkout.

 Ok updating this log November 3rd, 2009! So far: Sleep - Time and Quality - Sleep seems to have improved, dreams more vivid. Mental Alertness/Focus - a little higher. Energy - same as above Motivation - increased Mood/Aggression - same mood Stress - stress level is same Libido - seems slightly higher but only by a smidge Joints - never had issues with joints, can't really gauge effect Endurance - slight increase Strength - strength has increased Quality of Training - slight increase Pump and Vascularity - nothing noticed Muscle Hardness/Densse - nothing noticed Body Composition and Look - too early to tell Appetite - same Overall Sense of Feeling - same
