Just picked up a 4.5lb tub of cell-tech today and plan to start taking it in place of my normal
creatine come monday.
One thing that I'm not sure about is: Say that I just finished lifting and am heading home from the gym (which is when I usually drink a whey shake mixed with
creatine); should I now drink my celltech with water on the way home and then 30-45 min after that drink a whey shake?
Is it dumb to drink a shake BEFORE taking my celltech?
I know the faster after you are done lifting the better when it comes to whey; but I cant imagine mixing a fruit punch flavored
creatine compound with a chocolate whey would be very good lol.
