Since I'm supposed to take it on an empty stomach, I take it during my work out in place of a
protein shake or bottle of water I would drink during my work-outs. I try to drink my whole serving before I'm halfway through my workout so it has a chance to get into my body before I'm done. I also rep out at the end (20-30 reps, light weight) to drive my pumps further or create them if I didn't get them in the first place. I feel that this further helps draw the stuff into my muscles and helps with the pumps/feeding.
I don't take it beforehand because I'm always eating up til my evening work-out (bulking diet). I take a 40g whey shake with about 20-30g of
dextrose in it about 20 minutes before I arrive at the gym and I just hope that most of the whey's been moved out of my stomach by time I start drinking the Malates (A and C) along with the
Creatine E.
