I was hoping you guys could help me out. Currently I'm cutting (diet & training are in check) and my thermo/repart stack is as follows: Morning Pre-Workout (7am) - 25mg Ephedrine HCL, 1 serving Lipo 6 EF, 1 serving Cuts II(11am) - 25mg Ephedrine HCL & 2 servings Ergolean MC(3pm) - 25mg Ephedrine HCL, 1/2 serving Lipo 6 EF, 1 serving Ergolean MC, 1 serving Cuts II*I use about 5g combined EPA/DHA per day & add another serving of Cuts II before bed My question: Would there be any reason to add leptigen to this routine? I like what I see in the product and the feedback it receives. Would using it in conjunction w/ what I already use be overkill? I'm trying to get to that elusive 6% BF and I'm an endo/meso (more endo). At about 12% BF @ 210 lbs right now -- was formerly 35% BF (most of my life), so naturally my body is reluctant to even venture below 10%. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

Well, one of the things I like about Leptigen is you can use it in pretty much any dose. I'm not rich enough to afford multiple doses daily (although my priorities may change once I hit a lower BF%), so I just take a serving daily, and you will derive benefit from pretty much any dose. You may also want to look into Leptigen Basic, which just came out. With that said, those supplements look good, and will definitely work as is. Whether or not you add something in is pretty much up to you, can't say for sure how much benefit you would derive.

6, from your descriptions, you sound like a very good candidate for LeptiGen or Basic. Purple, glad to hear it is working for you so far. Feel free to expand on what you have noticed -- I'm anxious for widespread feedback on all our new stuff.

If you are at all interested in supplementing for good health, the benefits of green tea at any amount are well worth the cost. If you are only taking it to lose extra fat, other priorities would come beforehand, but it is still beneficial. Right now one of the higher quality products is Optimum Lean Tea Complex, but it contains a lot of caffeine.

 | QUOTE (6Plates @ Apr 7 2004, 11:48 AM) | | Also, does anybody think I need to add Green Tea to my stack? Are the benefits worth the cost? How will this affect the total caffeine content (I don't want to go over 250mg per serving -- I think I'm at 175mg right now). If yes, please suggest a quality product. Thanks for the help. |
Like shpongled said, the health benefits are worth taking green tea. I use the Green Tea Extract from Now Foods (link is below). It's cheap ($6 for 100 caps) too. I checked Now's website and they have it listed as 8-9mg of caffeine per capsule. Green Tea Extract
