Ok I'm 21, 5'11 , 175pds... bulked up to 195pds. (not all muscle) been working out on and off for about 2 years but started taking it seriously for about 3 months now. Don't know my body fat % i'm guessing between 14-20% no idea... regardless... I'm thinking about starting my first cycle with either m1-t or 1ad/4ad not sure exactly where to start and what to buy. What pct's I might need ect. I would love for some advice and help.

age isn't a concern imo - the shape you are in, your experince, dues paid, health, cycle experince are far more important if you are over 20 years of age.
I'd say after 3 months seriously, 14-20% bf, no ideas about ph/ps, being first cycle, etc. I don't think you are ready.
just my opinion.

have your gains slowed or plateaued? If you haven't been training too seriously except for 3 months, and haven't used any PH/PS, I wouldn't recommend M1T. It's wonderful, and it's cheap, but if you're not used to the side-effects it can be rough. the 1AD/4AD combo would do well for you.

I'd really recommend checking your diet first, though. You should be getting around 3300 cals/day for maintenance. -500 for cutting or +500-1000 for bulking. Around 220 - 300g protein per/day (at least 195g, the more the merrier IMO).

When all that's in check, I'd recommend doing a cutting cycle and trying to get to around 12% BF (calipers are on this site). Use some S1+ while cutting to help maintain LBM. The 1AD/4AD stack would work too but S1+ would be a lot less expensive and would most likely yield better results.

And for PCT run 6OXO. Here's some articles you need to read:

Read up on the benefits/risks and try to answer your questions as best you can. I don't see your age or training history as a problem, but would start with something more mild than M1T.

Health is not the absence of symptoms.

Age isn’t important? So, you dont mind if someone's growth plates close? Stunted height is OK for you?

The important thing is the physical maturity of the subject's body. If his plates are open or not, endocrine system is fully developed, etc. The best indicator you have of this is age.

..my 2 cents

it is not just about it being rough....
- it is knowing what your body can or cannot tolerate,
- recognising danger signs,
- knowing what the safety boundaries are,
- thinking through the risks before you take PHs

and probably several other factors.

I agree with other posters, you should work out natural a lot longer till you have really plateaux'd, wait a while, do a lot of research on risks and how you would handle a problem, and start on something gentle......3 weeks on S1+ gets my vote.
