Yes it is. 200mg to 300mg is a common dose.

What is the catch on this? There is no way it is pure caffeine and 400 grams of it for 13 dollars or whatever it was. I will buy a couple of them right now if I wasn't really skeptical of the product. Is it that the nutrition facts reveal an expiration date of Dec. 2006?? Anyone actually bought the stuff and can give me some help?
Much thanks,
Bobby

Caffeine is cheap. That is the correct price, and it is pure caffeine.

It should mention dosing on the front of the jug/bottle. The 'norm' is 200mg per dose. Some go higher (I've seen up to 600mg), some go lower.

For things dosed in small quantities, you should pick up a cheap digital scale.

Like Shakes said, it should give you dosing info on the label. Before I ran out of mine, I remember 1/8 teaspoon being 300 mg, which is about how much I took. I would recomend 200 mg when just starting out, then bump it up as your tolerance increases.

Oh yea, shits the real deal, its easy to take too much too casue the dose sizes are so small. 1/8 tsp is 290mg. 1 of those, some creatine mono and arginine makes for a decent (for small budgets) pre-workout. I got the 100 grams for like 4 bucks. At 200mgs a day, thats like 500 days worth......awesome! rolleyes.gif

Ill never be satisfied.
