QUOTE (soccermiles77 @ Oct 21 2009, 12:09 AM)
I've become interested in using prohormones after seeing a few of my friends using it and seeing the great results that it wields for them (great muscle mass gains, slimming down, etc.), but I have heard about the possible side effects that prohormones can have due to their similarity to anabolic steroids.

I'm 18, 6'2" (I've been at least 6'0 since 7th grade), 215 lbs, and I'm looking to shape up my abs and pecs and gain muscle mass (not a ridiculous amount) and overall tone up, but I would like to do this as safely (and legally) as possible.

I've heard my friends using products called Spawn and Rage, but after looking at the product pages, they look slightly shady, maybe because I don't know much about prohormones.

If you guys could give me some suggestions on what I should do (what to take, cycle length, stacks?, what PCT to use, etc.) I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks so much

-Miles

At 18, you shouldn't bother messing w/ anything hormonal. At this point your test levels should be off the charts anyway. Just supplement protein, creatine, essental fatty acids, that sort of thing. Make sure you eat enough calories in a clean diet and train hard. You'll likely hit the goals you mentioned w/o having to do anything hormonal.
