I've never tried products such as Swole, V-12, Satur8 BOLT etc. From reading reviews on this site, it sounds like they seem to work, both in terms of pum/size gains and strength increases. What I would like to know, hopefully from some of the guys at IFAST400, is whether these increasedsstop once you stop taking the stuff. ie. if i were to experience a 1 inch increase in mucsle size for biceps, legs etc whilst taking one of the above products in conjunction with lots of protein and then continued training but stopped taking the stuff and went on with a high protein diet, what would happen? would i lose the gains?

also, what are possible side effects from the above products?

many thanks

You will keep your gains after you stop creatine, although you will drop some water weight

Side effects of creatine are pretty much nil, just don't take it if you have a kidney disorder

With Swole, V-12, etc. there are a lot of ingredients, some of which could potentially cause side effects. Overall they are probably pretty safe still but I don't think they pose a huge advantage either. If you haven't tried creatine I would just try straight creatine monohydrate first.
