Just a quick question. I have decided to use an eye dropper or oral syringe to measure out my Big 1 and S1+. The dosages on the bottle don't give the amounts in ml, only mg only. What would the amount be per 5 sprays (the 'recommended' dose) in ml?? If I remembered correctly, I thought it was 100mg =100mL, but I could be wrong. Can someone advise???

*bump for response*

does anybody know the correct conversion for this??? I can't be the only one that's used a different way to measure out a transdermal besides the sprayer??...

I doubt it is 100 mg per 100 mL. It depends on the density of liquid which I have no idea what they are for the S1+ or Big 1. It is reasonable to think more than 1mg/mL since it is water density at room temperature.
Probably the best way to get the density is asking to the manufucture themselves.

I'm bored so I decided to calculate that 4 u. With assumption of the labes on the bottles r accurate.
For S1+
Total volume = 4 oz = 118.3 ml
Total amount of 1 test = 3000 mg
Total amount of 4 derm = 4500 mg
density of the S1+ = 63.4 mg/ml
I will explain this to u as simple as possible, and I apporogize to u in adavance if it is too simple to u. I dont want to insult u in any ways.
so if u were to apply 100 mL of S1+, it contains 634 mg of 1test and 4 derm. 5 sprays is 3.943 mL of S1+.
Based on the same calculation the density of big1 is 50.721 mg/mL. For per 100 mL of the big1, it contains 500.7 mg of 1 test. Also, the 5 sprays of big1 is 3.943 mL.
Good luck.

thanks for that. That does make sense, I did remember that other transdermals I've used are usually in either a 2-4ml per dose range, so that does sound right.

I think I'll probably round just round up to 4ml per dose though. biggrin.gif
