 Hi there, I am new to these forums and have found all the info very impowering. I have not really found any other forums discussing supplements so completely yet! My question is in regards to the product S1+. I have been lifting for a few years now and I am 5'6" 165lbs and around 13% BF. I am looking to put on size and strength and keep it there. I have read that the best beginner stack in the prohormone/sterodial faq is a 1-test + 4AD stack and from what I am reading, the S1+ provides both of them in the preferred state, transdermal. Some of your opinions would be greatly appreciated on this topic. Should I follow the dose range in the faq, and try a 4 week cycle? That would seem to be the wise thing to do, but I am new to these supplements and value your opinions. Are there any other supplements that you feel would be a better combo than this? Also for the PCT, what would you recommend? Doses and types? Is it best to start your PCT ONLY after finishing your PH cycle. Thanks in advance!

 I just completed a 5 week cycle of s1+. The stuff is awesome! It was my second cycle and my first cycle was 1AD. Started 200 lbs, 22% BF, 6ft tall Ended 219 lbs, 20% BF I spent months researching and found that s1+ was the best. I gained so much on my maxes that it was crazy.  You guys are gonna have a blast with that stuff! I'm just finishing up a 6 week cycle and I'm still on a psychological high from the gains in muscle/strength! I've got 2 bottles of 6-OXO that I'm gonna run PCT. Have read many logs/experiences of others using only 6-OXO as PCT so I decided to go with it. BTW, many guys report that they had NO gains until the third week. I noticed DEFINITE gains around the 3rd day in strength and size in the first week. Some of the size may have been due to added water weight but all gains were great for 3.5 weeks, at which point they've begun to taper. Of course, I've lowered my calories to start a kind of cutting phase (which nobody recommends but my circumstances require at this point) so that is likely the reason for the halt in gains. Start Weight: 176 (DAY 1) Peak Weight: 190 (DAY 21) Current Weight: 187 (DAY 31 - cutting, the weight loss is definitely fat and possibly some water as I've stopped a creatine cycle since then) Bench press went up 40LBS on single rep max! Have fun!

 After a four-week cycle of S1+, I made my own transdermal for PCT. I used 3.5 grams each of 6OXO and 7-keto dissolved into a bottle of transport matrix. It's working great so far (end of 3rd week). No signs of excessive estrogen AND I am keeping more of my gains (in terms of strength)--which I attribute to the 7-keto. I used 5 sprays twice a day week one, 4x2 week two, 3x2 week three, and will finish with 2x2 next week (four). Hope that helps Ronn

 Hey....I too heard great stuff about S1+, so it's on the way! I can't wait. I've done a few cycles of 4AD, with minimal gains. Hopefully this will work. 26, 5'9", 165lbs. Lifting 8 years. PH experience, basically none! I plan on using a 4 week cycle, and depending on sides may cycle 6-oxo in the middle, so maybe 5 week. I'm going to gradually decrease the amounts. Here's a basic laydown: Week 1 1T-280mg, 4AD 420mg (14 sprays) Week 2 1T-240mg, 4AD 360mg (12 sprays) Week 3 ( 6-oxo 300mg) or keep continueing Week 4 1T-200mg, 4AD 300mg (10 sprays) Week 5 1T-160mg, 4AD 240mg (8 sprays) Then follow with a PCT with 6-oxo for three weeks 400mg-300mg-200mg. I'm also planning on uppind my protein to 1.5-2g/lb during my cycle, and taking milk thistle. Debating on taking creatine, any suggestions? I'm starting in mid-june so now I'm in my pre cycle training. I'm doing heavy weight low reps. Also doing a good HIIT cardio session. I don't plan on doing HIIT during cycle, I don't want to lose any gains. Any suggestions on what lifting routine works best during cycle?? And during PCT?? I've heard different things. But during cycle, I'll lift twice a day focusing on different muscles each lift. Good luck guys!

 First cycle ever I did 4AD and I went off at a month because I got nervous  All I used for PCT was tribulus and ZMA and I was fine although it might have been risky, I'm not 100% sure. I just started S1+ and it's only day 2 so no serious changes yet. I'm stacking it with M4OHN, which is more of an experimental stack since I couldn't find anyone else that did it. I think I'm going to make a post about it soon. Anyway, transdermal application sucks ass. It's the best method so I'm doing it but for the dose it really takes up a huge area of your body and doesn't dry as fast as the bottle says it does(it says 2-3 minutes lol). Overall I'm happy with it though so far since there have been no negative effects and if anything I feel good(could be placebo effect though). I think during a first cycle when you don't know much about stuff, it's good to only do a month since you don't know if you're prone to hair loss or boob growth. Since I didn't use 6 oxxo for 4AD I'm thinking I should be able to get away with not using it on my current stack although I probably will take either 6oxxo or nova or something.
