Rhodiola. Take it no longer than 3, at most four months consistantly. Then you must stop for at least a month to reset tolerance levels.
Less is more for this supplment. I would advise be cautious with dosing. Read up on recommended dosages and alter accordingly for your body mass (by ratio).
I advocate using it no longer than 3 months at time max.
The last time I used this supp, I used it for 6 months
straight, and it actually made my cortisol control issues worse through over stimulation.
I'm not sure about the need for cycling
chocamine, but I would imagine it would be necessary as well, due to
CNS adaptation.
