Phenibut is more for relaxation, I wouldn't take it for preworkout it will make you feel tire and your mind wonder off.I now because I just tried it 2 time's for my preworkout and couldn't concetrate at all.But does anyone now of something that would help me cocentrate. wink.gif

If you wanted something to increase mental focus for ur WO; piracetam, aniracetam, ALCAR, and Tyrosine would all be feasible options.

To elaborate; the -acetams are effective for increasing concentration/cognition. If you wanted something to increase WO intensity the ALCAR and/or Tyrosine would be more suiting.

I take a whole teaspoon 45 mins before workout. I believe thats 2.4grams, which is probably overkill, but until someone tells me otherwise I wont change that :-)

Phenibut is slightly addictive, and I know know this from experience.
I use Phenibut daily as a social anxiety solution. Recently I took a 3 day trip for work, and left the Phenibut at home. On day 2 I was fatigued, feverish, and could not sleep at all (I woke up every 10 minutes all night long), and day 3 the same thing. No question withdrawl symptoms. I couldn't wait for the trip to be over. Within 1 hour of taking 2 grams of Phenibut upon returning home, all of my symptoms were gone.
Now you may ask....well how do you know your weren't just fighting off the flu or something?? Well take it from someone that was addicted to tramadol a year ago......believe me I know withdrawl symptoms.
I would simple suggest to taper down doses when going off of Phenibut and you won't have a problem. I did the same with Tramadol and Vicodin and it works fine. If you have been using it long term, I wouldn't suggest wuiting 'cold turkey'.

I take 6 Cap fulls of BN's Phenibut every Sunday (as it's my day off work) and love it, You can really tell the lack of Norepinephrine in the brain.

Unbeleivably fun shit biggrin.gif

I've got SNS brand, but BN's stuff should be good too.

This isn't something I "recommend", but 1-2g Phenibut + 10g Glutamine taken before a night out makes consuming alcohol a lot more enjoyable for me. I don't need to drink nearly as much to have a good time so I feel better in the morning. I haven't noticed any side effects, but I don't go over 2.5g and I only use it 2-3 times a month. I've heard it can cause hangovers at higher dosages and some people build tolerance to it very easily (why I use it sparingly).

Phenibut imo isn't addictive because if you take it consecutively for several days in a row the effects on subsequent days are lesser and lesser leading to a complete non-desirable effect.

Phenibut completely stops the release of stress related fight or flight hormone nor-epinephrine, (The crappy somewhat paranoid feeling you get if you go through a large pot-smoking binge is the best way to describe nor-ep)

I take Phenibut every sunday and get maximum euphoric effects, it is great to take during exams because it completly eliminates stress allowing you to focus on subject matter. If your confronting an almost intimidating social occasion with a lot of extroverts Phenibut will make you dominate.

If your looking for an awesome one-off (I am emphasising one-off) high stack it with ergopharm amp.

I have purchased around 9 seperate items from BN and have only gone back (so far) for phenibut, I honestly beleive if this shit was used properly it could change the world (Along with Rhodiola Rosea) biggrin.gif

I've been on/"addicted" to benzos for ~5 years now...I bought some phenibut to see if I could use it as a replacment for benzos and then ween myself off of them and just use phenibut for the effects...Some people say this stuff works, but if you already have a benzo habit then this stuff wont do sh*t for you...

I believe phenibut is addictive. Every time i've overdosed on phenibut my anxiety levels rise afterwords and last awhile. sometimes I wonder if it has caused any parmenent issues. I haven't used it in awhile but I think its about that time again to try it. smaller doses spread out this time. I've never done pills in my life so to me phenibut was extemely euphoric first couple times. Are there more natural benzo like effect herbs or supplements out there? what about bacopa?

Firstly any substance can be addictive,Physical or Psychological but of course not all are harmful and give you withdrawal when you decide to stop using. From my experience Phenibut can and will cause physical addiction if you use it on a daily basis. And like all GABAergic drugs (Benzo's,Alcohol,GBL etc) it will cause you to have withdrawal if you stop suddenly.I have experienced withdrawal from Phenibut first hand so i urge everyone who tries this stuff to be very cautious and to do some reserch into its addictive properties before you try it.I took between 1.5g/2.5g daily for 8-10 days doseing every 24 hours. The first night i stopped i was unable to sleep then the following day my anxiety levels rose to a near panic state and my hands would sweat non stop.It felt very similar to GBL withdrawal only it lasts much longer, iam a week on and i still havnt got back to sleeping right maybe 5 hours of light dreamy sleep a night and there is still some anxiety left.It seems that Phenibut could still be very useful to me in times of stress or insomnia but i now realise this substance should only be used at a maximum of 2 times per week with 3 days in between doses.Anything beyond that will no doubt lead you into trouble.I hope my experience will be of help to anyone who reads this.Be safe.
