Animal Pak
Any suggestions on how to use it

in the morning
afternoon
right before workout
right after

ive heard taking it before and after a workout.

help?

anything it should go with? eg supplement

animal pak also makes amino acids, but im pretty sure the multivitamin contains amino acids in the pack....worth investing in a different amino acid complex?

lol

take it with a meal, whether it be breakfast or dinner, it doesnt really matter

you get enough amino acids from protein, but some people see results upping the dosage quite a bit, but for me, the small results dont warrant the high price.

you could try citrulline malate, or a form of arginine if you arent already. both are priced well here in bulk powder form

It's a multivitamin. You really won't see results.

I take this product with meals. Doesn't really matter when.

No it won't give you any energy. That's not what a multivitamin is for. There are other supplements for that.

But supplementing with a multivitamin is essential.

It's just a multi vitamin. You need to take ED. That's just a given.

I like before bed but it really dosn't matter.

My rational before bed is because I get nutrients all day and my body needs to feed at night.
