Whats up guys I just created my account on here, just found the website, it seems like a pretty good one. I was just wondering if anyone had heard about or has tried Xtreme Formulations ICE??

There is a ton of positive feedback on this. My personal opinion is that you are just as well off taking some whey protein isolate, or maybe a combination of the two.
