I would use 2-3 g daily. Some like using a loading phase of 4-5 g daily or so for the first week. I would recommend just capping it yourself since it tastes like ass, just pick up a cap-m-quik and some empty caps (I linked them at the bottom of the thread), it's really easy to do with piracetam powder. Each 00 cap will be 750-800 mg in my experience.

would the addition of Rhodiola Rosea help in any way? and at what dose would make a good combo? 800mg +200mg? (pira+Rho)
Instead of discipline, we fear effort, instead of performing, we fear actions. The human race is lazy! Your success speaks for itself.

I like 200-500 mg rhodiola daily and 2-2.5 g piracetam daily. They have separate mechanisms of action so they may make a good combo. The first thing I would get if you are supplementing with piracetam though is a choline supplement.

What happens if you take piracetam without choline? And since choline is in eggs do you still need a choline supp if egg whites are a regular part of your diet?

The two work synergistically, combinations have been found to be more effective than either alone. IMO choline is a neccessary when supplementing with any smart drugs. I believe the egg yolk is where the majority of choline is found.

I would HIGHLY discourage this. Be sure you have a source of Choline on-hand when taking Piracetam.

You can add a tablespoon of lecithin to each protein shake, then take some extra choline if desired. We should have choline powder soon.
