| 1 teaspoon=2grams Use 2-3 tsp a day split up. |

Not necessarily. All the batches differ. Mine is 550mg=1/4 tsp, but i've seen 850mg=1/4 tsp. Check to see what your bottle says, if it doesnt say anything you might want to call or write BN and ask them, they can probably figure it out if you know when you ordered. |

| I recieved a bottle, and it came with very confusing directions-none at all. I was unsure of what to take, but if memory serves me correctly, I took approx 3/4 of a teaspoon and made great gains. I emailed BN and they said to take about 3 grams before/after. How much is that in "teaspoon language"? |

| Yea...I just got mine yesterday and it says 1/4 teaspoon = 620 mg. So, If I wanted to take 3 grams/day, I would need to take only about 1 1/4 teaspoons total. Simple enough, 1 gram = 1000 mg. 3000mg divided by 620 mg = 4.83 |

| I think I got ripped thought. Seriously, almost my whole CEE tub is clumped. I put it all through a sifter and probably 80% of it is chunks. I even stabbed at it with a fork for 10 min or so and still its almost all rocks. I might have to stick this stuff in a blender just to break it down. |

| Does anyone know dosage for training days/non-training days? and pre/post workout usage? even the amounts listed on this thread are quite vague. |

On training days I put one teaspoon in pre and post shake. On non training days I just get in one teaspoon some time during the day. |

| i cap my CEE in "00" caps. according to my digital scale 7 of the caps equal 4 grams bang on almost everytime. I take 4 caps before and 4 caps after working out so that is a tiny bit over 2 grams before and then a bit over 2 grams after.on off days i just take 4 caps. to break up the clumps I just put it through a sifter while i am capping it and use a spoon to grind the chunks against the sifter and that works good for me. |

It should be posted on the container. If its not, you need to call BN, because theres no way we can tell the potency of your batch. |

| no one can tell you how much is in a teaspoon it depends on humidity in your area as most items here are hydroscopic, and will vary due to that alone depending on what prt of the country you are in. if you are taking creatine or rhodilia and forloskkin you should get a sale and capping kit so you can get an accurate measurement, they are cheap here you can get the "00" deluxe capping kit with a scale capper tamper and 1000 caps for 40$. i think that anything over 2 grs of cee bfore and 2 grms after may be a bit much. esterized suplliments are very potent that is why they are esterized in the first place so you can use lesss with vastly better absorption. when i finish my current aakg mix i am going to buy the Arginine ethyl ester so i can lower the amount of pills i need. |

| i recently purchased this CEE, and had my first dosage today, it was great! i lifted more and could squeeze out those extra reps i normally couldnt do, but im now confused abit because of the timing out my supplements for pwo. atm this is what i take, BCAAs, CEE and protein with dex/malt. i take 3gr of CEE 30mins pre training and then 5gr BCAA's 15mins pre. i drink water throughout my w/o. straight after my work out i am confused about what to take because i dont know what to take after and when to take, a friend said BCAA's immediately, 5mins after take the CEE, then 20mins after the post w/o shake consisting of protein and dex/malt and eat a good meal after that. so when you think about it, i am delayin my protein uptake by about 30mins after my training...how long do u usually have to wait after BCAA's to take CEE? how long do u usually have to wait after CEE to take ur post w/o shake? please help me advise as i am very confused.... |

| if the serving size is 2gr detailed on the pakaging of the CEE HCI, does that mean i should not go any higher than 2gr per serve when supplementing CEE? |
