I am gonna start taking the Body Octane tomorrow (Sunday).

Age: 20
Sex: Male
Weight: 157
BodyFat: will take on Monday because the calipers I use are at the gym (I work there), and will be taking my BF every Monday or maybe every Monday and Thursday. It was 8.4% 3 weeks ago

Been working out off and on since I was 14, only getting serious about it the past year and a half.

I am currently bulking, and only taking whey protein. I just got off of a 3 week cycle of M1T and had really good gains (went from 148 to 160) and had tremendous strength gains from it. I finished off my PCT 2 weeks ago. No side effects at all (started using 10mg/day and did the last 2 weeks 15mg/day). Maybe a little lethargic, but nothing that bad at all.

I am going to take my measurements tomorrow morning when I wake up and post them.

My diet is pretty simple, I am not creative at all when it comes to food.
Chicken, Turkey, Oats, Whey, Tuna, Natty PB, Flax Seeds, Brown Rice, Bananas.

Thats pretty much it.
Hope you all get atleast something about me testing this product. I opened the bottle yesterday to check out the powder, stuck my finger in it and tasted it, WOW its strong, but it tastes good.

Ok sorry about the delay in starting my testing, my friend past away last week so I had to drive home for the funeral and missed 3 lifting days so I didn't want to start my testing just yet.

I began using the Body Octane today, so ill post my diet and training later tonight once I put it all in my Excel worksheet.

I dropped some weight from going home this weekend (my mom doesn't have the same foods I eat and I was driving around a lot @ the funeral and friends houses and vigils).

I let my friend take my body fat at the gym and he got 6% but I think its more around 7.5-8.5%. Im gonna take it myself today when I go into work, before my workout.

My blender broke a week or so ago, so I can't make my whey/flax/oats shakes and all that fun stuff. And I need to goto the grocery store to pick up some pasta, turkey, and milk (had last glass in the morning) since Im out of that.

The Body Octane was good, tastes great, dissolves really easy. Only first day so I knew not to expect anything, hopefully this stuff helps me recover faster and gives me more energy.

I just started using 85 pound dumbell's yesterday and halfway through the workout I was more winded than usual, could either be driving 4 hours the day before or Im not use to that much weight, hopefully my workout today will be better.

Sorry again about the week delay.

Did back today, I felt a lot better than I did yesterday. I dont know if thats because I got a good nights rest last night or whether it was the Body Octane, I am guessing its because of the better nights rest than my nights before, from being home and all.

I made it to the grocery store early and picked up some essentials... grabbed my turkey, more milk, my pasta's: mac n cheese, and some lipton pasta sides alfredo.

Leg day... I tend to not go heavy on leg days because I dont want to get them bulky. I am trying to gain some speed, so I run sprints on the weekends.

Nothing new feeling so far, I am thinking its gonna take until I get on my second time working a muscle group for me to see how the body octane effects me.

And I forgot to add that yesterday I did my body fat again and got 6.1% so I guess its about that. I dont know if I want to go to much lower than that.

On friday my tricep workout, I did it with a friend. He likes to do supersets and things like that so I ended up doing that. I normally don't do them. We did the triangle pressdowns and right after did rope pressdowns (for each triangle set we did a rope set right after). I wasn't that fatigue'd after doing this, but my tri's felt really pumped. Hopefully it is the Body Octane kicking in and giving me some more endurance.

Saturday I worked out early, came home drank my shake, and took a nap. Later on I went out and ran some sprints. It went like this

4 x 20 yards
4 x 30 yards
4 x 40 yards
4 x 30 yards
8 x 20 yards

Its the first time since HS Football that I ran sprints, and it felt good. I wasn't tired, but I could tell that I was getting slower and slower when I hit the back 30 yard sprints.

I can't wait until next week to compare my last weeks workouts with this coming weeks. Ill be able to tell then how the Body Octane is doing.

My diet has been the same, unoriginal and the same foods, just at different times. Sorry I wish I was creative... hah.

Ok this week I could start telling the difference in my workouts. In all my workouts I had more endurance, I could tell that. I wasn't tired at the end of my workouts, I felt like I could have lifted more, but I know I didn't want to over-train. I could tell alittle bit more of a pump, nothing super or anything, but I felt better after my workouts.

My weight hasn't changed its anywhere between 152-155. I forgot to do my bodyfat this week, so Ill try to do it Thursday when I goto the gym (i work at the gym and we have calipers).

People have said stuff about recovery time being faster, I havnt experienced that. I usually recover fast anyways so thats probably just me.

My strength has gone up from last week, but I dont think its the body octane, except the fact that my endurance went up so I can lift alittle more because of that. I believe I was plateu'd for awhile a few months ago, then I did a 3 week cycle of M1T and my lifts have been going up ever since, but thats beside the point.

But so far so good, I like the product, I can definately tell a difference being on it. Now that I've lifted and can tell the difference Im looking forward to Saturday and me running sprints again.
