Been working out off and on since I was 14, only getting serious about it the past year and a half.
I am currently bulking, and only taking
whey protein. I just got off of a 3 week cycle of
M1T and had really good gains (went from 148 to 160) and had tremendous strength gains from it. I finished off my PCT 2 weeks ago. No side effects at all (started using 10mg/day and did the last 2 weeks 15mg/day). Maybe a little lethargic, but nothing that bad at all.
I am going to take my measurements tomorrow morning when I wake up and post them.
My diet is pretty simple, I am not creative at all when it comes to food.
Chicken, Turkey, Oats, Whey, Tuna, Natty PB,
Flax Seeds, Brown Rice, Bananas.
Thats pretty much it.
Hope you all get atleast something about me testing this product. I opened the bottle yesterday to check out the powder, stuck my finger in it and tasted it, WOW its strong, but it tastes good.
