There as been a lot of great feedback from the new product that was recently introduced by USP labs. I have decided to give it a shot and wanted to share my experience with everyone. I got my powerfull yesterday, finishing last week of PCT: retain, rebound, activate, camp, cissus. Using this as a bridge before a PP/SD cycle in a month. Will be finishing the last week and then just powerfull cissus and camp. Will be dosing 6 each per day between meals Stats: agw:37 Ht: 5"10" wt 225 BF 12-13% waist 35" training split is 2 on one off chest/bis back off shoulders/tris/forearms legs Not going to take actual measuremnet but will use the mirror and feel as my guide. I know that is the lazy mans way of doing things, but I have been at this game long enough to know if I have put on muscle Diet is 40/30/30 roughly with around 3000 cals per day. Lots of lean red meat, chicken and protein supplements. Carbs aare all lower glycemic, brown rice, oatmeal mostly. Fat is peanut butter and from the red meat. Will post every couple of days but welcome all questions. BTW if you have not done business with USP you should, they truly value the customer and have had some great cutomer appreciation deals, they are first rate.

Things have been a little crazy lately so I had to do a circuit type whole body work out today. Been out of the gym for its renovation 4 days now and will end up out another three. Normally I would have taken today off too, but I wanted to get into the gym with three days of powerful under my belt. I am truly amazed. I was doing high rep, moderate weight stuff and I cannot even describe the feeling, but let me try. It was not so much the pump but the mind-muscle connection. I could really feel the muscle contract like I have never felt before. Is there some neurologic compontent to the "puer sap" . People have been talking about the vivid dreams, improved sleep and better mood. Sounds like there is something. My dreams and sleep have not really changed, but like I posted the other day, I feel better. Lots of energy. Like I said, the pump was good, but it was the contraction. It felt like every fiber was engaged and it was attached directly to my brain. I cannot wait to lift heavy next week.

Finally have been able to get back in the gym, the new temporary weight room is finished with all new equipment. It is really nice and they got db's up to 150 hmm. I did shoulders and tris today and felt great. This stuff is awesome. The pumps were great and I totally just wanted to keep lifting. Recovery between sets was fantastic, I usually lose reps on each set but not today, strenght was up but it was hard to gauge because of the new environment. Specifically because there are no mirrors. It kind of throws you off if you are use to training with them. Here is the workout
Front bb shoulder press 95x15,135x12,175x8,175x8(new exercise for me because they never had a press bench had to use smith)
db press 60x12,80x8,80x8
side lats 35x12,40x8,40x8
rear lat raises 40x12,30x12
reverse grip bench 135x10,185x10,235x8,245x6
weighted dips 50x12,50x11
vgrip pushdowns 180x12,200x12
For being off a week and with the new gym I was very happy with my woorkout, poundages were down a little bit but I expected that
Sleeep has been deeper but no crazy dreams, mood is better and i feel pumped all the time. Diet has been pretty clean but have missed a few meals because of work pace.
More to come.

DidBack yesterday and felt great, pumps are still there. Been reading the threads and agree 8 or 9 is the magic number, bumoed to 9 yesterday because was starting to lose the feeling on 6. Almost two weeks on PF and I still love it. It's effects are still strong and in the weight room my strength is up and the reps just feel better, very controlled and focused. I have to be careful to not do too much because I just want to keep lifting.
Did legs yesterday
squat 135x15,225x10,315x10,405x6,455x7,455x6
leg press 7 plates each side for 2 sets of 12 (new nautilus leg press, not a 45 degree leg press, strange machine)
hacks 3 plates each side x 2 sets x 10
single leg ext 75 x2 set x15
sldl 225x12, 315x8, 315x8
leg curls 150x12,150x10 drop 100x10
seated calf raises 180x12,200x10 drop 110x12
shoulders today
front shoulder press 95x15,135x12,185x8,185x7
db presses 85x8,85x7
side lats 40x10,40x10 drop 25x10
rear lat 35x15,35x15
had a great pct after emax, max, prostan and PF is a great bridge. As strong now as when I was on the PH's. Looking as lean but much fuller. I am traditionally a non-responder to most everything but with PF it is another story.
Sleep is still the same, dreams are getting a little more weird, not violent but people I have not seen in years keep popping up in them. It has actually made me re-connect with a couple of them and it was great to catch up.
More to come....
