Tribulus
Watch how much you take of Tribulus. If you have a history of acne, this is likely to trigger a relapse. I took 2 a day for a few days (only on days that I trained) and noticed significant increases in acne on my face. That being said, I did feel increased aggressiveness/intensity in the gym as well as muscle hardening and fat loss. Obviously due to the increased testosterone, be wary of the dosage you take... I might try 1 cap a day for a while to see how it goes. Cheap price does not mean you should abuse the product. Take 5 days on and 2 days off (or just on days you train) for 8 weeks then go off for 2.

lol i was thinking bout trying tribulus 625 but doe's it actoully work if you dose it high?

oh yeah and im planning to start take tribulus now since i hear it's pretty good but i was woundering which is better Bulgarian or regular tribulus? it would mean alot if some one help out cuz ummm i havent found a proper forum where sum1 said so on so on is better so yeah (IMG:http://forums.bulknutrition.com/html/emoticons/cool.gif)
