 I would love to log my experiences with Xplode Reload. I have been off of creating for almost 2 months now if that is of any importance. This is the Bammy from bb.com. Some one has my name and never uses it. What a shame! Age: 22 Sex: Male Height: 6 ft Weight: 195 Bodytype: ectomorph Goal: bulking Training experience (as much detail as possible): 2.5 yrs. of solid commited bodybuilding. Went from 137 to 199 in that time. Current Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 4 day split, 6 to 7 days a week. Mostly bodybuilding with a bit of powerlifting/low rep stuff in there. Split: 1. Chest + Tris 2. Back and Bis 3. Shoudlers 4. Legs Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): During bulking cario ~ 1 x /week, cutting cardio ~ 2-3 x /week. Usually HIIT, treadmill, intense and short.  Would love to be a tester! 27 years old Male 6ft 210 lbs. @15% body fat using calipers, Currently Bulking Body Type: Endomorph Short term goal: Bring my body weight up to 225 lbs if I stay about 15% body fat, adding an extra 5lbs of mass for each 5% bodyfat that I gain until I finish my bulking phase (aprox. late spring.) Long term goal: Bodybuilding-Increase size(mass) while increasing strength but muscle size comes first. Training Experience: Have been lifting some since for 10yrs but really started training right about 4 years ago, have been eating correctly for about 3 months now and wow have made major gains. I am a firefighter so I have the time to train right/eat right daily. Current Training Schedule: Day 1-Chest Day 2-Back Day3-Triceps Day4-Quads, Calves Day5-Shoulders, traps, neck Day6-Biceps, Forearms Day7-Hamstrings (if not worked on Day 4) and Calves I do abs 3-4 days a week depending on how sore they are. Usually workout in the AM because of research on testostrone levels in the body. Cardio Schedule: Not currently doing cardio due to bulking phase. Current Water intake: I take in between 1 and 1 1/2 gallons of water per day depending on workouts and how I feel, I also drink gatorade aprox. 10 days per month about 32oz. Current Perscriptions: I take no perscriptions and never use recreational drugs supplement history: Have taken all current supplements for 3-4 months with the exception of the whey protein, have been taking if for about 1 year, I took creatine mono before the CEE for about 1 year, cycling it 1month on 1month off. I would like to be at a very clean 200lbs by the end of 2006. Training Experience: Exercising casually for about 6 years. Seriously lifting for about 18 months. Current Training Schedule/Protocol: Due to a hectic work schedule it occasionally fluctuates. The norm is to go 4 days on and 1 day off. I do not break my body parts up. Meaning I don’t go one day for back and chest, then the next for bi’s and tri’s. I just hit what I feel like and hit it hard. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): I do remember a specific moment, where the “light-bulb” went off and I knew I was doing what I loved to do. It was about 3 months into my bodybuilding career. I was lifting 4 days a week and ending my workouts with a 20-minute cardio session. That particular day, I was on the flat bench doing one arm Tricep Kickbacks. I rolled up my sleeve because it kept getting in the way and there I found something that I had never seen before- a defined muscle! Then and there, I knew I had found a passion. Now, five years later I am hitting the gym as hard as ever. My diet has come a long way as well. I have learned when and what to eat in order to achieve the results I want. My training is constantly improving as well. I have a fantastic partner and we push ourselves to the limit every single time we work out. I recently competed in my first show and I won the Short Class in the 2005 PRO/AM Natural NBI Bodybuilding Show held in Tarrytown, NY on October 1, 2005. At the end of December I’ll be starting my preparations for another NBI show to be held on March 11, 2005. Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): My workouts are incredibly consistent. The first step in succeeding in anything is committing yourself 100% to a goal. My initial goal was just to get myself in shape and lose some excess weight. Once that happened, my goal changed. I then shifted my focus towards gaining muscle. I always have my sights set on a new goal, that is what helps me stay committed. Now my goal is to compete in as many shows as possible. Setting small goals and being able to accomplish them is a very satisfying thing. The workout plan that has worked best for me is my current training regimen. This is my off-season or bulking training schedule. During the off-season I keep cardio to a minimum (often two times a week) and only work my abs twice a week. I am currently working in a split where i hit chest twice a week, back once, thighs once, arms once on a seperate day, shoulders once, calves twice, forearms twice and abs 3x a week. Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 4 times a week, 20 minutes a day, first thing in the morning Current supplements: Gultamine, BCAA, Optimum Whey Protein Powder, Substance WPI Protein Powder, Liver Pills, Amino 2222, Dextrose, Creatine Ethal Ester, Animal PakCurrent Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): High protein, moderate healthy fats and progressivly lower carbs. Currently I am taking in 240g Protein, 50g Fats, 150g Carbs.  I just got some of that "Xplode-Reload" at the discount table at Vitamin Shoppe (not at GNC) for 50% off! I usually scan the the discount table first since I am a family man with a mortgage and car payments.Though I have payed full price for other supplements in the past, I am on a very tight budget now.Gaspari Superpump & Size On were the best, as for pump and density. The Superpump and BSN No-Xplode both give an intense mind rush. MHP Trac with NO didn't compare and the Phosphagen Elite gives a flush that makes me itch, though the Beta-analine gives me some extra boost during the burn.So I compare everything to the results of the Gaspari products, because I wish I could afford them.I took my first serving of Thermolife Xplode-Reload on Friday June 9 on my off day.Saturday morning I took a serving first thing. Then after a while I had one scoop protein powder. After that I took another serving on Xplode-Reload, worked out, and then had a third.I took a serving again on Sunday and then this morning. It's 11:30pm and I still have dense biceps. I work 12hr. shifts and end up weight training before bed or before dawn, but I get it done. Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I have created my own version of X-reps (because I cannot afford their book, I read everything I can online) though with shorter rests for more pump.I work upper body every 5 days. And lower body now and then because I am on my feet and walking 12hrs every two days at my job.Basically I do 3 sets compound and 3 sets isolation for each muscle group: Example: Chest Incline Bench Dumbbell Press 50lbs x2 12reps rest 1min 60lbs x2 10reps + partials drop set 40lbs x2 8 partial reps + hold rest 2min Incline Bench Flye 20lbs x2 7+3pulse reps rest 1min 25lbs x2 4+4pulse reps drop set 15lbs x2 3+3pulse reps rest 2min Then on to shoulders; back; triceps; biceps; forearms; traps; abs. (sometimes I will double up on a chosen muscle group and do 12 total sets for that group.) What's Cardio? I tried to quit a couple times until I finally stopped when I started using AKG and noticed a big difference without it.<br>Now I just use a lot of caffine to get through my 12hour work-shift. <br>I just finished a tub of BSN NOxplode and now I just got some Superpump250 to tryout.<br>I have gotten a little bigger since stacking the NOxplode with Leukic and eating like hell for 2 weeks and then dieting for a week and repeating.<br>If you are using Superpump250 I would not stack with fat burners.<br>I would use it to bulk up and eat eat eat, fat too! Work out heavy (check out X-reps) and then back off after 2-3weeks.<br>Then take the ephedrine and stack with Leukic, HMB, MuscleArmor, or some kind of muscle sparing product while you diet and cut for 1-2 weeks.<br>This is how I trained in the past and lost a lot of fat and beer-belly.<br>I hope this is helpful.<br><br>T13 http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?act=Searc...sult_type=posts
