
Ive used it in my low carb diets, but by itself without calorie resrictiona nd exercise its just a great tasting calorie shake. I do love the Choc, it is a great treat when you ahve to go low carb, and i like using 3 scoops before bed, when i can afford it, but for now its vanilla prot powder and cottage cheese =-)
