Day 7 Jan 22, 2006WEEKLY UPDATE/OVERVIEW of Week 1Weight: 165 up 3lbsmost of the weight is prob all of the food in my body because i was not eating or drinking as much water as i am now. my caloric intake only allowes around 1lb - 1.5lbs a week
i would like to ass that i am taking
green bulge and white vlood on off days too because they gave me a 30 day supply for a 30 day log so i will use it all in the 30 days.
i feel good and have been getting 8-9hrs of sleep all week only my legs still hurt a little but my legs always have soreness for 3-4 days after.
as for the supplemts
-i have had the best
intensity in the gym that i have ever had i dont know if it is
A. new training partner
B. the fact that i have to post my numbers on the net
C. sumthing in the stack keeping me focused and want to move more weight
D. most likely all 3 of the above
-i have had nice pumps not so much crazy big pumps but they ocme on very fast and stay for at leasy 1 hr after my workout and i swear that even when i did legs some of my upper body had a pump going.
-as for the
glycergrow alone as i stated on my first dose i took by itself the pump you can feel is diffrent form the pump caused by NO (hard to explain)
-thus far i have been drinking 3 scoops w/ 16oz gatoraid over a 30 min period pre-workout. this week i will take 4 scoops the rec. max dose and drink pre-workout.
