Hello im new to the forum.... I have been seriously working out for about 4 years and i am 19 years old now.... I just have one question, i have taken creatine in the past and have liked the results... Instead of doing the loading phases and cycling off every month can i just throw 3 grams into my protien shake just to get the pumps i want at the gym... Since i would not be cycling off would this be bad for my body and would it just be pointless to even take it... The reason i would do this is because i hate how u loose everything once u cycle off (size and strength)... Thanx

You can do creatine in a 3 week's on 1week off take 5 gram's in morning and 5 gram's after your workout and mix it with some sugar dextrose are grape juice to get good result's. wink.gif

And also after 3 month's give your body a month's break but it shouldn't really be any harmfull sense creatine is natural
