Starting lifting for football and track in high school...got more serious when I started college. Current Training Schedule: I use some principles I have learned from Max-OT. I lift monday through friday focusing on a major muscle group. I will go into more detail once the log begins. Cardio Schedule: Currently doing light cardio 2 times per week. Usually HIIT for 20min. Current supplements: One-A-Day Men's Formula MULTI (once in morning) Vitamin C 1000mg (morning, Post-workout) Scivation Sesamin (meal 1, meal 3, meal 5) NOW Super EPA (meal 2, meal 4, meal 6) Scivation NOXIDANT ( 3 capsules Post-workout) ON 100% Whey Protein (Post-workout) Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein Protein (meal 6) Scivation XTEND (Cardio mornings) L-carnitine HMB Short Term Goal: Be around 3% bodyfat by march 3rd for my schools competition. Supplement history (as much detail as possible): NO products, ephdrine, protein, creatine, multi's. Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): None, excited to be able to do this log! I plan on starting this log on Monday (January 30th)....sorry about the change, I want to save this for my last 3 weeks out dieting I will post before pictures soon and also try to get into the ATP lab to get some pre body fat measurements taken. | Day 1 (monday 1- 30 -06) Morning Weight: 175 Supplements taken: Multi Vitamin C L-Carnitine 3 super EPA's (throughout the day) 22g BCAA (around workout) protein (post-workout) Okay, so I'm a junior in college studying finance. I started to work out in high school but got really into it when I got to college....this year more than any other year. Currently I am cutting from 200lbs to about 165lbs for my schools bodybuilding competition. As I stated above, I wanna come in at around 3% bodyfat. Only 4 more weeks of dieting!! Sure hope this Stim X gives me the edge i'm looking for. 8:45am Woke up and really excited for the first day. Weighed myself at the apartment and was the lightest i've been in like 3 years. Made breakfast (the biggest of my 6 meals) and popped 1 capsule of the Stim X. So far, so good...got class at 10 but i'll report back. 11:00am Eating meal 2 now. Still feeling pretty good. I feel awake and alert. ThinkI might have a 2nd dose pre-workout...we'll see how I feel then. 3:00pm Still feeling good after a day of a couple classes and a meeting. Just finished my 3rd meal and gonna head to the gym in about 30min. I'm feelin hyper and ready to hit the gym hard. I'm taking my second dose of Stim X (1 capsule) Lets see how back day goes!!! 5:00pm Pretty good day at the gym. Felt amped throughout my workout. Also seemed like a constant flow of energy. My lifting partner described some of the stuff I was doing between sets as goofy but all in all it was a fun day at the gym. Here's what my lifts looked like today... Monday (back day) pull-ups total of 50 BB bent over rows (usually at 225 but since i did pull-ups, started lower) 205 x 8 205 x 8 205 x 7 Lat pull-down 210 x 7 200 x 6 V-bar pull-down 200 x 7 200 x 6 seated v-bar rows 225 x 5 205 x 7 DB heavy one-arm rows 100 x 7 100 x 5 8:00pm Had my 5th meal about a half hour ago. I'm def. not as hyper or jumpy as earlier but never the less, I'm still feeling good. I seem to still have energy to do things which is cool b/c this is normally the time I start to die down and get lazy. Whatever, maybe it's just the higher carb day. On the weekends, I go very low on carbs so come monday, my body is loving the extra carbs. Well, since I'm still goin, I might as well get some hw out of the way. p.s. I don't think i'm going to be able to get pics up tonight, but sometime this week, they should be up. |

HA! An Understatement! The kid was hyper as hell today! But pretty cool. This dieting gets us on a rollercoaster of moods so we will see if it holds out. He was saying some off the wall shit though. I have to say, it actually lifted my workout too! |

Hope it wasn't from the Stim X. Will report back on that tho. As for now, Cardio morning...just had my first dose of Stim X. Off to the rec for some light stretching and then 20min of HIIT. 9:15am Just got back from the gym. Warmed up and then did 20 min. on the stairstepper. Burned 456 calories!!! Felt good throughout except i felt the chills coming on a few times. Nothing too bad tho. We'll see how it goes Thursday morning. 3:30pm Just finished with class and now eating my 3rd meal of the day. Plan to have my 2nd dose (1 cap.) of Stim after eating. So far today i've been a little tired but i believe its just from the lack of sleep and then starting the day with cardio. All in all, the Stim seems to be doing good keeping me going. Gonna head to the gym within the hour. Shoulders and Abs today....should be a good day. 6:15pm got back from the gym about 15min ago and i'm ready to eat. Although i was a little tired, i still had an okay day at the gym. I think that 2nd dose of Stim X might have helped me get through my workouts today. Here's what today looked like... Taking my first dose (1 capsule) of Stim now with my oats and eggs. 11:20am Got back from class and having meal #2...its a higher carb day today b/c it's leg day. Gotta luv that! Still feelin pretty good. Taking a 2nd dose of the Stim with my pre-workout meal later like i did that past couple days . So far, so good! 2:00pm Eating some chicken and brown rice now...then 2nd dose (1 cap) of Stim. Big leg day today around 3. Starting to get amped just thinkin about it. Report back later after the gym. 6:45 Just got back from the gym. ha d a decent day. Legs def. don't feel as strong as normal but i figure i'm down about 25lbs so thats expected. Here's what it was today... | Day 4 (2-2-2006) Morning weight: 173 Supplements taken: SAME Multi Vitamin C L-Carnitine 3 super EPA's (throughout the day) 22g Xtend (around workout) 100% Whey protein(post-workout) Casein (before bed) 9:00am With the exception of Monday night, I've been sleepin pretty good. Got up around 7:45 and had my 1st dose of Stim (1 cap.) and was at the gym for cardio right around 8ish. After a short warm-up with some stretching, I got on the stairstepper for 20min. Same thing as Tuesday morning....burned 457 calories.....Not bad. I didn't experience the chills I was getting on Tuesday morning. So far so good. Alot to do today but i'll let you guys know how the workout goes later. 4:15pm Just got back from bombing an exam...seems to be that Stim X failed to give me the edge vs Mrs. Bitch....damnit! Just took my 2nd dose, but without food this time. I was forced to eat earlier and didn't have the stim on hand. Well off to the gym for some bi's , forearms, and abs. | FANTASTIC job...excellent tester! I can only suggest, if you'd like, to try stim-x at 2 caps first thing in the morning with food. This will most likely produce a few cold shills, you'll feel "shocked" for the first hour or so, after that you will have a steady stream of energy and focus. This is the case with many other reviews and testers. Feel free to mix the dosage, stack, with or without food, increase to 2/1 caps. Do as you'd like and find what's best! Keep up the great work. |

I have tho noticed myself getting very crabby. I really think this is just the diet starting to get to me. Well yesterday around 4pm i went to the gym for some cardio and lifting. I took a stim prior to the gym and then did 20 min. on the stairstepper. Cant remember how many caloried burned...sorry. Anyways, I had a little lifting after cardio and here's what it looked like. I have so far enjoyed using it. I feel a constant stream of energy when i take it first thing in the morning and then when I have my 2nd dose right before working out, it gives me that extra kick i need. For me, I find dosing it 1 capsule, 2 times per day works best. I do plan on trying different doses in the near future tho. On the down side, I often feel crabby. I truly dont believe this is the Stim X but it very well may be. Also, I sometimes notice the chills coming on. I haven't got the chills yet to where its unbareable , just to the point where it has been uncomfortable. They only seemed to last a short period. (less than 5min.) So, got up and made breakfast. Had my first dose of Stim immediatley after i ate. My weight in the mornings has been the same now for a while. I'm hoping a i'll be able to drop this come competition time. Only 25 days left!!!! 5:45pm took 1 cap. of Stim around 3:30 and went to the gym around 4pm. Before I went, I stopped in at the ATP lab and had a BF% test done. I was 4.58% @ 173lbs. Not where I wanna end up but happy none the less. The guy working there was confused b/c his records show that I was 200lbs only 8 weeks ago. HAHA okay, so back to business, here was my back day today. About the same as last week. Felt a little tougher then last week aven after getting a full 8hours of sleep. Thinkin to up the Stim X morning dose to 2 caps but not until saturday. Busy day today and then shoulders. 6pm back from the gym. Decided to go with lighter weight today. I guess I can't complain, just kinda weird how the weight keeps dropping day by day. Last week it was flucuating a lot up and down. Now it seems to know to keep dropping. Well, I'm exactly 3 weeks out till my competition. I think I look okay but I just wanna make sure I come in as lean and dry as possible. I think the Stim X has complimented my diet nicely and I enjoy the product so far. Okay, so 1 stim now with breakfast. Think I may try a dose of 2 tomorrow morning, we'll see... About the same weight as yesterday morning. Decided to change the dose for the Stim this morning. Took 2 capsule of Stim X on an empty stomach. I then went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the stairstepper. Burned 432 calories. Its getting harder to burn the cals as my weight drops. I didn't notice much of a change with the 2 capsules. I also did not experience the chills at all. Depending on how I feel before I go to the gym for weights, I might end up taking another dose. I dont know how many caps yet tho or if I even will at all. Get back to ya before the gym to let you know what I decide for the 2nd dose. 4:30pm gym time...still feeling okay, No 2nd dose today. 6:30pm Gym treated me okay. Easy day today but I def. feel like I got a workout. Stim X. No real workout today. Maybe some cardio this afternoon. 5pm Decided to do some cardio...took 1 cap of Stim X (30 min after meal 3 & 30 min before cardio) Amazing workout!!! I was SO amped the entire time. Burned 470 calories on the stairstepper for 20min. I think i'm gonna try to dose still like that before every workout. Felt soooo good today! |

Looks like the weekend cardio really paid off. I'm now 168. Well, if i've learned one thing throughout the diet, it's not to worry about weight. | Day 16 (2-12-2006) Morning weight: 168.8 Supplements taken: SAME Multi Vitamin C L-Carnitine 3 super EPA's (throughout the day) 22g Xtend (around workout) 100%Whey protein (post-workout) Casein (before bed) 8am Valentine's Day...girlfriend was down for the weekend. Got her on her way home this morning and then went for some cardio. Took a stim empty stomach 30 min. prior. Then, some HIIT for 20min on the stairstepper. Burned 466 calories again. Getting down to the last weeks of cutting. So far, Stim has done a good job getting me through the day without any kind of crash. I have however learned that the optimum dosing time for me is (30 min after eating but 20 min prior to any workout) When I do this, I seem to feel amped from when I start my workout all the way till when I leave the gym. 6:30pm Had my 2nd dose before I went to the gym. Felt pretty good throughout my workout, even tho I was running on little sleep. So far, so good...back to the gym later after meal 3 for some traps and calves. |

Lets see if the work pays off. 9pm Didn't get into the gym till 4:30 b/c of a phone interview. Totally blew the interview too. Damnit! Well, wasn't feelin the gym today. Diets coming to an end. I guess this is expected. They feel much better now tho that I have got them moving a bit. 8:40pm Didn't get into the gym till about 5:15ish or so. Awesome day tho none the less. I felt the best I have in the past 12 weeks. Pump was good and Stim really kept me goin. I really like taking in without food and 30 min. prior to working out. Also, only 1.5gallons of water today apposed to my usual 2gallons +. |

| 3-8-2006 Sorry I haven't been posting but i've been busy with school and eating. Well my contest is over as i stated above. I tested Stimulant X for 30 days along with a cutting diet and some hard training. -My Overall impressions of Stim X – I enjoyed Stim X very much. Throught testing, I experienced no negative side effects. I found that it complimented my diet very well. It got me going in the morning and gave me a steady stream of energy for my workouts. I'd compare it to a Caff/ Ephedrine stack. I was using Caff/ Ephedrine before I began testing and I found that I liked the stim X better. With the diet that I was on, I tended to get worn out and tired. (due to the low carbs) I found that when I took the stim x, I didnt get as tired. It put me in a good mood and made me want to hit the gym hard. Although I did like Stim X, I don't know if i'd use it again. As of right now, it is still priced high compared to the cheap stack of Caff/ Ephderine. I found the best dosing for me was 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap pre-workout. If dosed like this 7 days a week, one bottle will last 45 days. I did not experiment with my dosing as much as I wanted to b/c of the competition approaching. I feel that this was the dosing method that worked for me but everyone is different. I would recommend Stim X to anyone looking for an edge in the gym. I found it to complement my pre-competition diet perfectly and would love to use it again if the price was right. |
