Here's my stats.

215 lbs. @15% body fat using calipers, Currently Bulking
Body Type: Endomorph
Short term goal:
Bring my body weight up to 225 lbs if I stay about 15% body fat, adding an extra 5lbs of mass for each 5% bodyfat that I gain until I finish my bulking phase (aprox. late spring.)
Long term goal:
Bodybuilding-Increase size(mass) while increasing strength but muscle size comes first.
Training Experience: Have been lifting some since for 10yrs but really started training right about 4 years ago, have been eating correctly for about 3 months now and wow have made major gains. I am a firefighter so I have the time to train right/eat right daily.
Current Training Schedule:
Day 1-Chest
Day 2-Back
Day3-Triceps
Day4-Quads, Calves
Day5-Shoulders, traps, neck
Day6-Biceps, Forearms
Day7-Hamstrings (if not worked on Day 4) and Calves
I do abs 3-4 days a week depending on how sore they are.
Usually workout in the AM because of research on testostrone levels in the body.
Cardio Schedule: Not currently doing cardio due to bulking phase.
Current Supplements:
Centrum Proformace Multi-Vitamin Twice daily
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey 2-3 Shakes a day 1 scoop mixed with 8oz. skim milk

Current Diet:
I eat 6-8 meals a day intake aprox. 4300 cals/day trying to eat every 2 1/2 hours
example of meals as follows meats are either turkey, chiken breast, lean beef or deer steaks.

meal 5 2 fillets of salmon or 3 fillets of tilapia and large baked potato

meal 8 100 grams meat and serving of vegtables, this is fit in during the day if i get hungry or time allows depending of what time I wake up and go to bed since I try to eat every 2 1/2 hours.
Current Water intake:
I take in between 1 and 1 1/2 gallons of water per day depending on workouts and how I feel, I also drink gatorade aprox. 10 days per month about 32oz.
Current Perscriptions:
I take no perscriptions and never use recreational drugs
supplement history:
Have taken all current supplements for 3-4 months with the exception of the
whey protein, have been taking if for about 1 year, I took
creatine mono before the
CEE for about 1 year, cycling it 1month on 1month off.

Ecdysten Today. I am going to take 2caps 3x daily for the duration of the test.
