BCAA’s
How are you guys taking BCAAs? When i try to mix them the ways I usually do (in hot water, or carbonated water) the powder just stays on top. How can I take them? Thanks.

You can let them sit for 10-20 minutes and usually the foaming will subside.

30 minutes in Gatorade disolves them. You need the acidity.
