I am not new to weight training, but just starting again after a few years off (age 33) So I fall into a beginner status and I am making good gains over the past few months (thanks to Bill Phillips).<br>I would not take any ephedrine at all while using any Nitric Oxide/AKG product.<br>I used to use way too much ephedra/ephedrine. NOxplode with
Leukic and eating like hell for 2 weeks and then dieting for a week and repeating.<br>If you are using Superpump250 I would not stack with fat burners.<br>I would use it to bulk up and eat eat eat, fat too! Work out heavy (check out X-reps) and then back off after 2-3weeks.<br>Then take the ephedrine and stack with
